·         Implementation of a dedicated support desk with multiple contact channels (phone, email, web portal) 

·         Set up of real-time monitoring and proactive alerting 

·         Configuration of automated ticket creation for system events and incidents 

·         Establishment of a comprehensive Service Level Agreement with priority 1-5 response tiers, including specified response and resolution targets

compliance and security.

This allowed us to identify the greatest areas of risk for the business, create a short term plan to address these issues and design a future state infrastructure environment incorporating cloud migration and a security uplift. The projects were broken down into logical deliverables demonstrating progress to business stakeholders along the way.

Reduced infrastructure footprint and operational costs 
2. Upgrade Citrix Environment to the latest version and migrate to a new data center: Successful upgrade of all Citrix components to the latest version without disrupting end-user access Seamless migration of the Citrix environment to the new data center with zero downtime Improved scalability and performance of the Citrix infrastructure 
3. Microsoft Defender for endpoints and Windows servers, setup recommended configuration to bolster security protection: Successful deployment of Microsoft Defender across all endpoints and servers. Implementation of recommended security configurations (e.g., baseline policies, threat detection rules).
