Measurable outcomes include faster time-to-market, improved platform stability and performance, scalable architecture to support growth, and enhanced data accuracy and reporting efficiency, enabling Green2View to onboard customers more quickly and deliver consistent, high-quality ESG insights. The platform has been recognised for excellence in ESG technology and underpinned our credibility with customers, partners and government entities.

Empite demonstrated strong project management discipline in delivering the G2V platform on time and within budget, with clear governance, effective risk management, and transparent communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. Their structured planning and milestone management enabled predictable outcomes, controlled scope, and high-quality delivery, supporting a smooth go-live and ongoing platform enhancements.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

 I’m a project manager at Heartburst, an Australian digital agency specializing in design and technology solutions for nonprofits. We help organizations engage supporters and maximize their impact.

What challenge were you trying to address with Empite?

 We needed to rebuild a client’s web solution using modern architecture. The goal was to improve usability and reporting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Empite has rebuilt the entire application using a new architecture. The team has also improved security and login management, modernized reporting, and applied a new UI design.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 4–6 teammates from Empite.

How did you come to work with Empite?

Someone referred Empite to us because they had previously worked with the team. We chose them because their skill set suited the project requirements, and they were able to deliver the project within our budget constraints.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing. We expect to finish the project in November 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Empite has showcased the application's functionality and handed it over for user acceptance testing. The accuracy of reporting in the new system compared to the old system has been a measure of success.

How did Empite perform from a project management standpoint?

Empite has delivered the project on time and is well-managed. We communicate via Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Empite really knows their stuff and is competitively priced.
