I’m the head of logistics and supply chain for an official distributor of products from the world’s largest manufacturer of FMCG goods, in Western, Eastern, and parts of Central Ukraine.

What challenge were you trying to address with Empatix?

We needed to develop a system that could help us track inventory levels across multiple warehouses, manage product placement in retail locations, and optimize delivery and logistics costs.

Empatix refined our initial concept and proposed an AI-driven solution that uses predictive analytics to forecast demand, improve route efficiency, and automate stock redistribution. This integration significantly enhanced our operational visibility and decision-making efficiency.

The project with Empatix was a success — we received a fully functional solution that met our goals and improved the efficiency of our operations. The solution helped us analyze our logistics expenses and reduce overall costs by around 25%. It also ensured timely product replenishment across retail locations, which significantly improved our supply chain efficiency.

After implementing the solution, our inventory accuracy increased to 99%, allowing us to maintain precise stock control and minimize discrepancies across all warehouses.
