I selected this company due to the subject matter knowledge, communication, professionalism and the ability to offer solutions.

This company has worked on several projects for me with various clients. Often they are tasked with taking requirements and architecting and building solutions to meet those needs. They are able to choose the best technologies to deliver the solution or build the solution using technologies specified by the client. They go above and beyond, creating test scripts, system documentation, user help guides and more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two software developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients have always been extremely happy with deliverables, and more so by the introspective questions to flesh out additional requirements that had not been mentioned or thought of, as well as, suggesting additional value add functionality that the client can benefit from.

We communicate through Slack and use Jira for project management. They have met deadlines 100% of the time since we began working together over six years ago.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to solve problems independently, communicate effectively and provide solutions.

We have been able to rely on them for a wide variety or IT services, not just one project. Those have ranged from custom site development, site clean up, application updates and even web and app customizations.

We've worked directly with Udit and his team. I'm not certain on what their official positions were designated as.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with eMonk. Communication is always excellent and tasks are always completed on time, in budget and always very efficiently.

Communication and timing is top notch. They are also not just 'order takers'. They quickly understand the objectives and proactively find the most effective solutions for solving those problems.

They are strategically proactive, have competitive rates, and always go above and beyond.

Really no issues at all. They are our go to team for our specialized IT needs.

eMonk handled full stack development of highly complex projects that in total, comprised hundreds of thousands of lines of code. The general application areas were CyberSecurity and Mobile device utilities.

Found them many years ago on UpWork, where they already enjoyed a stellar reputatoin.

They performed full-stack development, server and client side, primarily in a LAMP environment.

One acted as primary point of contact, unsure how many other team members were involved.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Over the course of several years, all outcomes have been 100% satisfactory. In fact, not just satisfactory, they exceeded our expectations.

They can work from a general spec and fill in the details based on their ample experience. Comm via email, phone, Slack. Timeliness is superb.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Consistency of results. Getting all projects done on time, actually under budget, and at the highest quality is amazing.

Nothing.
