Development is fairly straightforward to evaluate thanks to Confluence and Jira. We can see every ticket that gets assigned and completed by LeverX

We've usually hit deadlines, which is really rare in software development. Budget is generally respected by the LeverX team, and any time we go over there is always a discussion about it before we increase the budget formally.

We were planning a big annual event. Unfortunately cooperation with our previous IT vendor became impossible. We needed to make critical changes for our web-site. Emerline team helped us to restore the missing credentials and also to make all the required changes fast and accurate.

The Emerline team contributed to three main areas in the solutions we needed: Statistics Questionnaires Testing This included the design of informative dashboards with visual graphics, creation of widgets, and conducting various statistical assignments. The tech stack for the backend included Python, Serverless Framework, grpc, protobuf, MongoDB, pandas, numpy.

For the front-end Emerline used typescript, redux thunk + custom hooks to store states. There were many different graphics, for them, the team used nivo and d3. In addition the team provided key guidance to help improve how we thought about our testing approach, and how we could automate areas of our testing, as we onward developed the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We delivered the new automated-report area in the product, which was a key and critical area we wanted to offer for our customers in-app. It looks great, works great, and has had excellent positive feedback both internally and from customers since we launched.

We operated a Scrum approach during the timeline for this project : daily stands, planning meetings, retrospectives. The team members were great, very professional, and were an excellent culture fit with us. They quickly just came inclusio team members as far as we were concerned, and we collaborated using the various tools we use (JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Discord, etc.) They delivered really well, and also responded to changing deadlines, priorities and circumstances in a totally professional and collegiate manner. Great to work with!

They're an excellent outsourced development partner, and have a mature and professional approach to how they do business. Would recommend.

Not on this project - we were very happy, and indeed, remain happy (as we're still working with them!)
