• Stage 1: Improvement of the existing application Emerline collaborated with our development team. They developed new functionalities using React Native and provided ongoing maintenance for the application. Extensive research was conducted to identify and integrate relevant services into the app. 
• Stage 2: Development of a new business application and creation of a mobile application for students Emerline’s specialists participated in building a brand-new application from scratch using Flutter, designed for both mobile phones and web platforms. Technologies used throughout the project: React Native Flutter.

The Emerline team made significant contributions by developing crucial and highly valuable features for both student and business applications. Furthermore, they successfully integrated the applications with prominent resources such as Google Maps, Stripe, Firebase, and others. 

We were satisfied with the final applications and particularly highlighted the appealing new design. Both applications have been released and are readily available for download. Emerline continues to provide ongoing support to enhance the applications further.

UI development in this project was among the significant challenges to address. Utilizing the Scrum methodology, the team tracked all the progress on project development in Jira. 2 times a week, we had regular planning sessions in Google Meet to gauge the estimates. Any unforeseen issues occurring during the project were addressed with additional meetings.

We were astonished by the level of transparency. Whenever any hitch occurred, the team quickly informed us so we could decide on the best course of action. Thanks to such proactive behavior, all issues were swiftly addressed, which positively influenced the speed of development and the quality of the product.

It was noteworthy to highlight the friendly and customer-oriented processes used for product development. Every week, the team provided us with a demo with new features, so we had the chance to examine them before implementation and make some changes if necessary.

The quality of the development work is very good and they provide a lot of value in helping us to devise solutions. Also, the team worked hard to support us in meeting our launch timelines and provided additional support during the launch to ensure that it was successful.

A lot of the credit for the project success goes to the Project Manager for her professionalism, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills. We used Jira to communicate. Being international, the time difference could have been a challenge - but it was not. Jira allowed us to write narratives and attach examples of what was needed.

In addition to the team's highest quality of work, I was impressed by their commitment to delivery.
