We needed to create a WordPress website with public-facing pages and a secure members-only section. The security in the members-only area allowed authorized members to update their directory information and publish blog posts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received our project on time and within our budget, and it met all of our expectations. The website we created was a major step forward for our organization, and although it was a lengthy process, we never felt neglected.

Elevation was very understanding while we were trying to resolve design issues, and they remained engaged when we encountered difficult obstacles. We felt they were fully committed to completing the project in a manner that would truly make a difference. We appreciate your dedication and hard work.

The project was handled with care in a timely manner especially because it was designed based on our needs as organization and timeline. Elevation delivered the project in a timely manner because most of the time it was our members who needed more time to complete all their requests.

Elevation, especially our project manager, Agustin, was very knowledgeable, patient, very professional, sympathetic, and a very understanding person because no one in our team had zero experience with designing a website or how to respond to requests.

In our personal opinion, none. We had a fantastic experience; everything was better than what we anticipated.

Elevation assisted us with a complete redesign of our website, which we launched in 2018. They have continued to provide monthly support and updates to the website. Elevation also assisted BGR with obtaining and maintaining a Google Ad Grant for our nonprofit organization.

Our website gives us significant flexibility, is mobile-responsive and has an attractive user interface. Our website traffic has increased. Elevation's work to maintain the Google Ad Grant has been successful and helped to increase website traffic.

Elevation is very responsive to email questions to their website support team, and our virtual meetings on SEM help with planning our website content.

Pablo and the team at elevation reviewed the current website, took time to understand our users and the needs/capabilities of the website, and built a custom site with features such as a searchable resource library, a map of other coalitions across the State, and a chat forum.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A UX report was created and presented to the organization and a website was built based on the functionality needs and UX report.

The entire team was very organized and had clear communication of timelines, needs, and workload throughout the process, making this a great experience. If items were not going to be delivered by the original deadline, this was communicated well in advance, along with the expectation of us throughout the process.

We used a Gnatt Chart to stay organized with tasks and Elevation was always quick to respond to any message in Basecamp. They have their process well planned and organized, making everything really clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their shared values of creating a website that reflected the needs and backgrounds of our communities. I also appreciated the clear and constant communication. I always knew what was going on and felt like I didn't need to keep track of the progress - they were doing that for me. Lastly, I appreciated working with Pablo for everything, as that was much easier to manage than reaching out and working with everyone at once.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elevation could have done differently?

No, I loved working with Elevation and have recommended them to others and continue to work with them on other projects.

This project was to completely revamp our Google Ads camping. Our goal was to increase clicks, click-through-rates, impressions, etc. We wanted to properly use Google Ads and our Google Ads grant to get us as much exposure as possible. We also wanted to update the optimization and content in the campaign.

It was out-of-date when Elevation took over and they re-optimized the campaign and updated it with our new and up-to-date content. Now, we have a campaign that is performing at its max capacity, up-to-date, promoting our services properly, and is being maintained monthly.

Our stats. If you look at our performance, it is so much better now than in the past. Our stats are not just higher, they are more consistent as well. Now, we work to try and maintain those stats while keeping it up-to-date.

We meet monthly or quarterly. They also send us monthly updates on how the campaign is performing. I send them updated content to add to the campaign.

We have had a few billing issues in the past. However, I think that was more miscommunication than anything. We have resolved all of that. We are very happy with what Elevation has done for the ITRC.

Elevation provided complete website redesign services to our nonprofit. They also continue to work with us on website troubleshooting, search engine optimization, our nonprofit Google analytics Grant, and website design tweaks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Elevation presented a completely redesigned website for us. The product was modern, clean, and a marked improvement from the website we had been using. In addition, they are knowledgeable Google analytics team helps us to maintain our nonprofit grant and increase web traffic to our website month after month.

Although I do wish that we were able to more clearly deliberate design drafts, the rest of their project management process was seamless. I appreciated having a roadmap before we began. We still have a couple of plug-in and third party integration issues we are trying to solve together, but I am overall happy with their responsiveness.

I appreciated that elevation was a good cultural and values fit for our justice seeking organization.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elevation could have done differently?

I would have liked a different process by which review the beta version of the website before it goes live. There were intricate details that needed to be fixed before we launched, and that I could not have foreseen needing to fix. We therefore had to fix them with Elevation after the launch, which utilized some of our service hours we had purchased from Elevation.

I’m an organizational development specialist at Esperanza Center. We’re a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower people with developmental disabilities to explore their potential and thrive while receiving high-quality support and services.

We hired Elevation to redesign our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevation redesigned our website from a basic version to a full-service website. The new site now includes forms for careers and program enrollments, as well as donation buttons that make it easy for donors to contribute. We also included a newsletter signup form and other features we didn’t have before, such as testimonials, a newsletter archive, impact page, and a leadership team section. Elevation handled all the design and development work.

We found Elevation through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, and their company values aligned with ours.

We spent less than $20,000.

We worked together from March 2025–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re beyond happy with the results. The site’s functionality and user-friendliness have improved, and we can now collect data. Although it’s still too soon to tell, the early feedback has been positive. 

How did Elevation perform from a project management standpoint?

Elevation delivered on time. We communicated through virtual meetings, email, and Basecamp. I want to personally thank our project manager, Maga Gonzalez, from the bottom of my heart for her attention, patience, flexibility, and guidance throughout this entire process. Maga is an incredible project manager and a truly wonderful human being.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elevation’s flexibility, patience, and ability to listen to our needs and deliver what we needed were impressive. We also felt a genuine sense that they cared.
