Elevation provided complete website redesign services to our nonprofit. They also continue to work with us on website troubleshooting, search engine optimization, our nonprofit Google analytics Grant, and website design tweaks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Elevation presented a completely redesigned website for us. The product was modern, clean, and a marked improvement from the website we had been using. In addition, they are knowledgeable Google analytics team helps us to maintain our nonprofit grant and increase web traffic to our website month after month.

Although I do wish that we were able to more clearly deliberate design drafts, the rest of their project management process was seamless. I appreciated having a roadmap before we began. We still have a couple of plug-in and third party integration issues we are trying to solve together, but I am overall happy with their responsiveness.

I appreciated that elevation was a good cultural and values fit for our justice seeking organization.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elevation could have done differently?

I would have liked a different process by which review the beta version of the website before it goes live. There were intricate details that needed to be fixed before we launched, and that I could not have foreseen needing to fix. We therefore had to fix them with Elevation after the launch, which utilized some of our service hours we had purchased from Elevation.

I’m the Executive Director of a non-profit organization. We provide services and training to help visually impaired and blind individuals build confidence and independence. Our services include low vision evaluations, skills training, assistive technology, support groups, recreational programs, and youth camps.

We needed to improve our website’s navigation and modernize its look.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevation redesigned our website’s home and interior pages and built custom forms. The team also handled accessibility improvements and ongoing maintenance.

We worked with one teammate from Elevation.

We found Elevation through a referral and had worked with them before. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget and offered good value for the cost.

We worked with Elevation from January 2026 to March 2026.

Elevation’s work improved our website’s navigation. Users reported that it was easier to find the information they were seeking.

We needed to a website that reflected our mission and inform the public on services provided in the community.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevation provided a detailed presentation that included a scope of services . From the initial consultation with the senior account manager to the final steps of launching our new website, Elevation created timelines with web development that moved the project along to ensure a timely finished product. They itemized expectations, created timelines, designed the website, wrote the content, added widgets, developed the website, and ensured WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.

We worked together from September 2025–January 2026.

Elevation created web pages and launched the content. They improved accessibility by updating it to WCAG 2.2 AA. We received positive feedback about the new website. The website reflected out mission.

They never missed a deadline and delivered the finished project on time. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app. We were on the same page as the project progressed.

The communication was transparent, especially in the use of Basecamp.

Elevation took my word document outline and turned it into a full, attractive wordpress site. They also went through a handful of iterations with me to help it reach a point where I was very happy with the result.
