At one point it became clear that our ideas of the timeline to launch differed from theirs, which means that some communication got scrambled at some point and went on for months before we got on the same page.

Absolutely. Our Project Manager, Agustin, was phenomenal in terms of his expertise, communication, response time, problem-solving, you name it. We could not have had a better experience with anyone else.

The accountability, the communication, the organization, and the outcomes of the deliverables. We were moved through each step of the process in a professional and efficient fashion. The Elevation Team delivered on time with high quality outputs. Our Project Manager, Agustin, responded promptly to any inquiries we had, looked for solutions that met our needs and ensured our expectations were met each step of the way.

There were some communication challenges directly on the billing side (minor), perhaps because we are a Canadian client.
