Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Pi-liftconsultants B.V., and we’re an elevator consulting company. We help our clients choose the right elevators and deal with elevator-related issues.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elemento 43?

We needed help in software development. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elemento designed and developed a web-based software solution that allowed us to monitor the 3,000 elevators we were managing. For example, it tracked the time it took us to service an elevator. We didn’t know anything about software development, so they handled the entire project. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with everyone on their company, but Charly (CEO & Founder) was our project manager.

How did you come to work with Elemento 43?

I knew and worked with Charly before.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2020–April 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Elemento’s tool, we could now monitor data automatically, whereas we used to do that manually through Microsoft Excel. The process was easier, and all the data were readily available. They delivered what we wanted. 

How did Elemento 43 perform from a project management standpoint?

Elemento had good communication skills. They were also very helpful — they tried to do the best they could. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elemento made an effort to understand our business. We had a niche company, and our services were relatively uncommon. Despite that, they tried to know what we needed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.
