Yes, we were able to show prospective and existsing customers our working prototype to collect realtime feedback.

Very effective; they set up a Slack team channel to communicate with us. We also held weekly stand up calls to review key priorities and goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to translate our existing product to a refined, user-friendly interface was very impressive. They are great at critical thinking and auditory comprehension.

We had an initial walkthrough on the old interface, some feedback and some changes in user flows that we wanted to achieve. The designer on our team was very quick in prototyping new changes and suggesting modifications to the existing design. Subsequently, we worked on design wireframes, creating a UI kit and creating the final designs.

Yes, we're pleased with the deliverables. Good communication throughout the process and the designer understands our needs and priorities.

We meet daily or once every two days depending on the task complexity. Everything happened smoothly and the process was good.

They try their best to understand your requirements and find the best design approach to your problem. They were willing to work with our existing UI frameworks in order to prototype quickly.

The project consists of one major use case. The content writer creates a document in Google Docs and uses an add-on to turn it into a structured black/white landing page using the Bootstrap CSS framework.

I am very happy with their work. My POC was good enough to continue with development. And now I am on the development stage.

It was just me and their designer working together. I am highly satisfied with this collaboration.

They are creative and responsive, but the most important part is that they quickly understood what I needed and delivered results within the expected timeframe.

Thanks to their UX expertise, our internal applications and recruitment platform are much more usable. They’ve made our brand stronger.

The workflow has been quite good since we use InVision and Trello to collaborate. This is something you don't often get with most agencies since they prefer to put a project manager between you and the designers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quality level is outstanding. It's hard to find a team that delivers high quality consistently and on time, but Eleken achieves it.
