We have seen significant streamlining of our design process with Eleken. Things get done very quickly and it takes a minimal amount of communication. They are great at communicating with our development team which saves me (the product owner) a lot of back and forth.They have created intuitive and important design updates to our site that have impacted the users in a positive way.

I found it impressive how much they knew about my problem space. They clearly understand the problem they are solving and how to connect with their clients. After on boarding with they team they picked great staff for our project and our experience has been very positive. I would recommend them to anyone needing UX/UI design in the future.

Daniil from Eleken was tasked with creating wireframes and screens for our saas company from absolute scratch. We had challenges with our prior vendor that we had to terminate, so he had nothing to work with except for our powerpoint and Miro generated conceptual idea for the screens. 

Eleken team overall is incredible and they are very fast to respond. The quality of the work is also top-notch, and the amount of iterations has been insanely high given we are an ever-evolving product.Daniil and team really took the feedback about every detail of the product and created pixel perfect work. 

He also took over a few important things like website creation / design, so you get a lot more than just a person who creates Ui/uxwork.

We have incredibly nicely designed, ready-to-go screens that are ready for development. The screens are always ahead of the schedule and Daniil would always add additional enhancement over to really perfect the work

Everything was always delivered on time. In our daily meetings, we would be walked through exactly what needs to change, and Daniil executed perfectly. I highly recommend Eleken to any early stage startup, we are continuously working with them and have no intent of switching to any other provider.

We currently have two different major reports in our software platform that have tons of overlap. We have decided to reduce the number of reports in our platform by merging the two. Along with a merge of the two reports, we are also overhauling our filtering functionality, re-working how our reporting grid functions and adding an entirely new set of functionality to add even more value for our users.

The first phase of this proejct is a complete UX design and prototype for the development team to work from and we are just about done with this phase. The next phase will be to figure out a transition plan to go from current state to desired end state of merged reporting in steps. Lastly, once this project is complete, we will begin a UI redesign, report by report in our system to create a better sense of consistency across our platform.

Eleken exceeded expectations and delivered a wonderful product. We had a very tight timeline set for our project. Given the restrictive time we had available the Eleken team worked with us to level set and deeply understand the scope of the project and deliverables at the onset. The designer worked closely with us throughout the project to keep our goals and timing aligned and ultimately they were able to deliver a high-quality product on-time.

We are a smaller team that seeks out flexibility in all our vendor partnerships whenever we can. We also prefer to be hands-on when time allows. Elekens unique subscription structure offered us the perfect solution. We were able to have direct communication with our designer as well as the structure and stability of a larger firm managing behind the scenes.
We were very impressed by Eleken's willingness to work with us to meet our deadlines and their ability to provide such high-quality work and support at an affordable cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eleken could have done differently?

Honestly, our partnership with Eleken ended up being our ideal scenario. From a design project perspective, their structure is not traditional but it allowed for a more hands-on relationship. I can understand that some companies would prefer or need a more traditional approach that allows for a fixed cost and timeline quoted upfront. But for us Eleken's subscription structure and one-on-one designer approach is great.

We've been providing our multi modular back office platform and white labelled online ordering to customers for several years. A development decision was take to migrate the software to the latest version of the underlying platform, in order to continue to serve our customers by taking advantage of advances in technology. In conjunction with this, a full design update was planned.

The platform is wide ranging and many functional changes were incorporated into the updated platform. One challenge was to revise the look and feel of the current platform to align with the new platform design, while the staged transition from one to the other takes place, allowing users to switch as seamlessly as possible between old and new, without becoming disorientated. The project is ongoing and being delivered module by module.

Updated UI design template and assets are agreed. Module by module revised design and functionality being deployed to Production environment. Customer feedback from new UI/UX.
