We are a venture-backed startup in NYC building a streamlined patient visit documentation software for doctors. Second half of August - iteration on low-fi wireframes / ~20 hours per week of work September - High velocity iteration of low-fi wire frames - 40 hours per week of work October - High velocity of high fidelity wire frames - 40 hours per week (polishing the items we will have tested with customers in September)

They were responsive and skilled. The language barrier was hardly ever an issue (unlike with other design agencies we have engaged)

Our designer Viktoria was extremely hard-working, responsive, and talented

When we chose not to re-up, they suggested that we owed them another month of work because we did not provide 30 days notice. This was a surprise because we had not previously discussed such terms.
