We needed a team of qualified and experienced testers and QA engineers to test new platform features. As the platform was growing rapidly, we were unable to find needed specialists to join our team, so we decided to oursource.

We found Elasticsoft in one of the business directories and got really interested in specialists they list on their website. We chose them for their expertise and the additional bonuses they provided us with.

They provided 3 middle QA engineers for our project. Each of them was in different product teams and was responsible for different features.

We started by discussing our requirements with the account manager. Based on this, Elasticsoft selected 6 candidates with the matching skills and experience. We then interviewed each of them and settled on 3 most suitable candidates.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their help, the process of releasing the new functionality has been sped up by a factor of 2, and we have received fewer complaints from our users about bugs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly each of the QA specialists joined the project and communicated effectively with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility is impressive. They took into account our needs, deadlines and budget as well as offered us additional bonuses like crypto payments, discounts for long-term partnerships, etc.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't think of anything at the moment. I think we got great value for money.

They provided 3 mobile developers and 2 QA engineers to augment our team. They were responsible for helping our team add new features and test them.

We first discussed our project, goals and required tech stack with our account manager. Then we were provided with the CVs of suitable candidates. After that, our CTO proceeded to the technical interview with each of them and gave them technical tests. In the end we hired 2 middle Android developers, 1 senior iOS developer and 2 manual QA engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their help and experience, we were able to speed up our app launch and ensure the quality of the product. There are now over 20000 active users and we are just getting started!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their employees work remotely from different countries, as do ours, and we could tell that their making the most out of their processes. Communication was always smooth and our team got along easily. We even had a chance to meet their rep in France, which was very nice of them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to put together the perfect team just for our business amazed us. They have a whole database of vetted experts, so they tried to accommodate both the right tech stack and expertise in both the technologies and the required industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, we haven't noticed any significant shortcomings and we hope the team will continue to work in the same way.

Projects Engineer at a large Broadcasting and Telecommunications company. We provide clients with various baseband and OTT broadcasting solutions.

We needed to find a 3rd party company to provide automation for configuration changes for our encoding devices.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

The company was recommended to me by a former employee of theirs and we decided to work with them due to the versatile portfolio, number of technologies they have previously worked with and the great price rates that the company offered.

They provided a 3rd party automation system, which allowed the customer to perform and schedule configuration automation changes to our broadcasting equipment, using our API tools. This allowed the customer to associate various configuration templates with specific conditions and times, and saved them great amounts of time applying the changes manually.

We first discussed the project with our account manager who pointed us to developers with expertise in the field, with whom we looked at our customer's requirements and different way the solution could be implemented. We then proceeded to provide them with a test problems relating to our platform, which they passed successfully and we commenced with the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They met all deadlines and were very quick at addressing any issues we were facing during the testing phase. Our great communication resulted in having a GA version two months earlier than expected, although the customer's requirements for the GUI changed as the project progressed so various amendments had to be made.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In addition to our scheduled weekly catch-up calls, they were also available at all times via Zoom, Slack, Email and other communication channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their versatile portfolio, knowledgeable staff, and general availability were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was nothing that impacted the project in a negative way and I'm happy with how the project was managed overall.
