Our team provided one of the world's top 3 railroad companies with a web and mobile application. To meet the scope of our client’s requirements, we needed to scale our IT department with outsourced specialists to implement new features and enhance existing mobile solutions.

During the initial phase, our team focused on developing a mobile application using the existing backend. El Pixel quickly formed two mobile development teams, managed by our Team Leads, within just a few weeks. Each developer completed a test task and interviewed with our Tech Lead to ensure alignment with our project needs. Later, we moved on to building a separate backend for the mobile applications due to the extensive integration with external services.

El Pixel's team of 7 skilled professionals (2 BE-developers, 2 FE-developers, 1 BA, 1 PM, 1 QA-engineer) significantly reduced the load on our internal team, speeding up the overall development process by 15%. At the moment, all necessary railroad services of the client are managed through a mobile application:

We've significantly improved the performance of the app by optimizing data loading and display. Users can quickly access their documents and work with them efficiently, increasing their productivity.

We actively monitored and fixed bugs and errors in the app. This allowed us to provide stable and reliable performance.

We ensured a high level of data security by using encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Users can be sure that their confidential information is safe and that the company's data security rules are followed.

We have successfully adapted the application for different operating systems, ensuring compatibility and consistency of the user interface on all devices.
