NMag is a NEW generation online lifestyle magazine about consciousness and curiosity in everyday choices, covering topics such as healthy food, happy homes, relationships, inner and outer beauty, and topical issues. I am Margo, the founder and editor-in-chief for the magazine.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ekahal, and what were your goals?

We hired Ekahal to start our digital presence in the world. Our work with them started with building the brand language with the logo, colours, fonts, and other brand assets. The next task was to design and develop a website for the online magazine with a user-friendly layout to navigate through our vast collection of articles across different topics. Our goal was to create a safe, secure and impeccably functioning website.

After launching our website it works very well, all required features working excellent

We had twice a week calls and discussions, brainstorming on what our website and logo should look like and how it will work. Later on discussion on functionality of the website.

Their great communication and quick reactions. They provided a modern and cool platform by understanding trends, resulting in great quality work and communication.

I could't think about anything.

We hired Ekahal about 9 years ago to provide a functional website for our foundation. They have set up a WordPress website that suits are needs. We have called on Ekahal for website advice as well as solving issues we encountered with (cyber) security & running updates, amongst others. Our goal was and is to keep the website clean, up to date, accessable and running smoothly. Ekahal has been a great help all this time.

Ekahal accesses the website's database from their end. We do not have insight in procedures of the work done there, but know that they do what is needed and solve the issue for us.

Ekahal always manages to get our website back up and running quickly, or/and to advise us about possible other steps for us to take, when we run into any issues.

Communication with Ekahal via email is pleasant, quick and smooth. There has been a clear understanding about expectations and fees for the work done. Usually we run into an issue, then ask for Ekahal's support and exected costs. They are quick to fix the problem for us.

The Ekahal team is professional, friendly, and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind.

We got in contact over an online tool developed by Ekahal. We than checked some references and the pricing and settled to give them a shot.

We had a clear picture of where we want to go with our app before we got in touch. Based on this, Ekahal did the complete implementation in front end and back end. We had regular meetings to monitor process and discuss intermediate results and prototypes. The app was build using react, postman and AWS

One of Ekahals founders was our main contact to work with. He managed all the internal ressources.

sometimes a little more pro-active communication would have been nice.

I was looking for a partner who could help take my photography business to the next level, launch new event photography services, build websites for them and gain visibility for those in their respective marketplaces. We wanted to achieve #1 or #2 position in the market for each brand under my company's umbrella.

I’m the founder of Cause Street, an aggregation platform that combines different forms of philanthropy, including cash donations, gifting, volunteering, and e-commerce.

Initially, we needed a dev partner to build our website and that expanded to developing an app as well.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Ekahal with an idea of what we wanted, and they came back with recommendations and features to improve the products. They understood what we wanted and created a plan and timeline to accomplish our goals. They worked in Angular 7, and we currently have a few other projects with them.

One of our partners highly recommended them. We met with a few different companies, but Ekahal had great communication, timeliness, and efficiency, so we hired them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The products haven’t launched yet, but we’re happy with their work so far. Their suggestions have been well received, and we’ve expanded their engagement because the team is so efficient.

How did Ekahal perform from a project management standpoint?

They have outstanding project management skills. They answer all of our questions and hold weekly meetings to track project progress. We mainly communicate via video conferences, phone calls, and some in-person meetings.
