What challenge were you trying to address with Eire Graphic Designer?

I needed help with graphic and brand design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped with the website and designed a logo. They helped me design emails as well. They kept the brand color schemes the same. I keep them onboard for ongoing work. For example, I’m looking at maybe making a few changes to the current websites. With COVID-19, I have to make a few changes and updates on the websites.

I was researching the market for someone suitable. When I came across them on Google, I liked their approach and decided to contact them to learn more. I looked around at other companies as well but when they paid so much attention to me, my brand, and wanted to know more about me, I chose them. I got a good feel from them when we spoke. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around €3,000 (approximately $3,548 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2016, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They pay attention to detail and deliver high-quality work. They delivered even more than I had envisioned. They gave me ideas and suggestions and understood what I wanted. As a result, my brand has become known and recognized. People recognize the logo and the brand.

How did Eire Graphic Designer perform from a project management standpoint?

We have open lines of communication. They’re always available. There’s a very quick turnaround time as well. They’re open to suggestions and got things done on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re personable and took the time to learn more about me and my company. They ask a lot of questions that I never even thought of. They pay attention to detail and give me suggestions. There’s really good at communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything that needs to change.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You’ll get excellent quality of service. You’re going to get a business that is very interested in you and will really deliver more than what you expected. I highly recommend them.
