What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Ehsaan Technologies was genuinely a standout experience. I needed two high-converting websites built — one for empowering.legal and the other for sellyourstartup.com — with strong emphasis on both design and security. Instead of defaulting to WordPress, they suggested building on Firebase, which turned out to be a great call. Security is non-negotiable in my line of work, and this setup gave me exactly the peace of mind I needed.

The UI/UX was spot-on, especially the scroll transitions and subtle design details on sellyourstartup.com — I loved how it turned out. Haroon brought a full-stack perspective, which really showed in how smoothly everything came together, from the front-end design to the back-end integrations.

We needed to design and develop our platform from the ground up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ehsaan Technologies handled the full technical build. They architected and developed a scalable platform to support dynamic task-based workflows. They improved the user experience to simplify complex professional services, built secure systems for user and document management, created the foundations of a wallet for transactions, and set up a robust chat console between service providers and clients.

We worked with a dedicated team of eight throughout the project.

We were referred to Ehsaan Technologies and selected them after comparing several firms. They stood out for their technical expertise, collaborative approach, and the value they offered.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement began in June 2024 and concluded in September 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered our core platform, complete workspaces for clients and providers, wallet integration, and chat functionality. Although we were still early in adoption, pilot users responded positively, especially noting the platform’s clean design and the way it made multi-step workflows easier to follow. The task dashboards were highlighted as a major improvement over manual tracking.

How did Ehsaan Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Ehsaan Technologies managed the work professionally. They were responsive, kept us informed with regular calls, and adjusted well when priorities shifted. There were a few minor delays around clarifying technical requirements, but they communicated openly and still met our main timelines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They made a strong effort to truly understand our concept and proactively suggested technical approaches that matched our longer-term plans.

Are there any areas they could improve?

More detailed upfront documentation on complex integration points could have reduced some iterative back-and-forth. That said, they were quick to incorporate feedback and kept things moving smoothly.
