The work must fulfill the following tasks:

- Research: Onboarding, Benchmarking, Business research (it is necessary to understand if the platforms meet what people expect and request from an e-Commerce and a self-management portal for the telecommunications sector in the corporate segment) and User research (understanding what do people need from both platforms the objective is to be able to deepen the information and detect those that are useful for them, what are the improvements that should be made and thus be able to prioritize them and move forward)

- UX/UI Production: Information architecture, User flow, Wireframing, Visual design, Prototyping.

- User testing: Test script, User testing, Iteration, Improvements.

- Hand off: Design system, UI kit

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were looking for a partner to help us carry out a usability analysis and UX/UI design to make improvements and enhance the platform corresponding to the corporate segment: e-Commerce (Online Purchase). Since the previous web site was very basic and the overall UX was very poor we expected a huge improvement but the resouls were more positive: the discovery and research provide us a profund and valuable information about our customers, insights to improve internal process and a change for a truelly digital mindset.

We use several tools like Google Suite, Teams, Trello as communications and management tools. Miro, Invision and Figma to share boards and design with us.

Project management was through a person dedicated to it, coordinating meetings, controlling scope, times and project milestones according to the plan. Because of that, all deliver items were on time. As a large company, we were slowest in comparison.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Both talented people and an amazing cultural fit. We learned a lot from their analysis and creative process. Also their methodology helped to get roadmap on time and spread a real digital mindset in the company.

EGO staff is always learning and moving fast. Sometimes in large companies it could be little bit frustrating deaccelerate to review with stake holders, but they understand our times.

We interviewed 5 agencies. Ego had the experience we needed. The work they did in Santander Rio home gave us confidence about their skills to improve our service. They also shared us a Figma with some recently projects that were really high quality.

We had already done the research. They reviewed that research and understood really soon the problem and the insights and challenges we had found. After that, they started to work in mvps, iterating through different solutions. We were surprised with the quality and creativity of their work.

In the middle we did some changes, and they understood those extremely big changes and adapted super quickly. All the solutions they proposed and implemented were disruptive and that was what we were looking for.

Super effective. We worked with an agile mindset, 15 days sprints, with planning and demos. We were extremely aligned and up to date in every interaction.

We hire EGO to Design the User Experience of the new website of Toyota Argentina and Other Satellite Website for Brand Pillars. They also develop them. Our goal was to you know… (increase the user experience in interaction with the company's digital products, improve conversion and include the dealer network in the strategy, align the website with the brand's aesthetics worldwide)

The first scope was to carry out the information survey, analysis and design methodology carried out by the agency, called Project Discovery. With the results obtained, progress was made in the UI Design (Design System) and Application Development. So, in the first process, a methodology of co-creation and participation of all stakeholders was carried out, which went through instances of: Survey, Analyze, Question, Design, Test, Iterate.

With the results of the previous process, the platform was designed and developed. Key deliverables were the Miro Boards and presentations with the findings, hypotheses and design proposals. Then the instances of presentation of the final designs of the key flows and their casuistry, and of course the development progress releases.

In the first project, Website Platform + CMS, about 7/8 people participated (Leds, UX Designers, UI Designers, Developers, PMs). Then in later projects, of smaller size, they were teams of 3/4 people.
