Initial website created in 2014 way self taught and obsolete. Needed a customised solution especially when our business requires specific payment on pre-orders.

EFusion was part of vendors approved under IDA Scheme to help small enterprises.

Initial requirements followed by first draft and meetings after meetings.

A project manager and programmer was tasked to assist us in our conversion.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A refresh outlook after 5 years of operating under Wix. The team was able to meet the deadlines and launched the website during the annual Toy Fair held every December.

Programmer was on the ball and was fairly helpful during conversion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have amassed a lot of experience in creating websites with a unique feel other than those found in Shopify. It's important that we deliver the experience to our own customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Cut-off was done on a weekend and should be better managed as some customers were unable to make the purchase. Other than that, customer service team and owner remains helpful and professional with good after-sales services.

The current website was created long time ago. The information is not properly displayed. It is not equipped with good navigation, solid content and responsive design. We need to build online brand awareness in order to outcompete our rivals by maximizing use of technologies. Moreover, we noticed there is strong demand for online plant nurseries shopping. Setting up an E-commerce will allow us to stay competitive in the digital age. It provides a platform for us to easily furnish information to customers. Therefore we engaged eFusion for web development service.

Their positive reviews and professional advice given during our first meeting.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objective. Efusion delivered mock up and wireframes according to our specs. Eventually, built up our website.

Very professional and knowledgeable team to provide expert ideas and professional advice throughout the process. They were accommodating and always responded promptly.

Minor bugs are inevitable but they are quick in resolving it.

Looked online with difference vendors. Talked with them and eFusion was more clear and their solution (Prestashop) appeared better and more user friendly amongst the rest.
