We were looking to start advertsing on facebook and instagram

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found the vendor on a directory website and contacted them. their approach was very professional and the quote was competitive so we chose them

First they did market analysis to see what competitors were doing, then presented the strategy plan to us for review. Once approved they would send us batches of posts for review, discuss the ad budget, and started experimenting with various ads. Then they worked on reducing our cost per lead and focused all budget on most effective ads.

I’m the founder of Perfumious. We sell perfumes.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandingo?

We needed help with website design and development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandingo created a five-page WordPress site for us. It had an e-commerce plug-in where I could list my products, as well as an email plug-in. I provided the text and images, but the team handled everything else. After finishing the site, they added a few products, and then they showed me how to do it myself.

What is the team composition?

There were 3–4 people assigned to the project, but I was in contact only with their manager.

How did you come to work with Brandingo?

I looked for branding agencies online, and I liked Brandingo’s website, so I went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around £6,000 (approximately $8,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Brandingo worked on the project between May–June 2020. The site took around 20 days to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I used to sell them on eBay, Amazon, and Instagram, but having a website quadrupled my sales because my products looked more professional. I’m satisfied with their work.

How did Brandingo perform from a project management standpoint?

I was satisfied with the project management. Brandingo was friendly and willing to work how I wanted. They met all the deadlines, but they also gave me enough time to think about what I’d like to improve. Furthermore, they contacted me after each step and asked for feedback on the designs. We mostly communicated through Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

After they delivered the site, they provided a video tutorial to show me how to manage the shop myself, which I appreciated. It saved me a lot of money because I could go on WordPress and make the changes without hiring a developer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The price could’ve been lower, but it was reasonable for an e-commerce website.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d definitely recommend Brandingo. It was an excellent experience.
