For what projects/services did your company hire educreate, and what were your goals?

We needed a video that would help in completing induction process for new software developers. The goal was to make the developers understand various processes involved in software development, deployment and maintenance.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interacted with 5 vendors and educreate could understand our problem statement. We had a strong signal from their proposal that they have understood the problem statement and their solution was what we wanted.

1. Project requirement gathering by flow charts, sequence diagrams and user stories
2. Writing flow for each user interactions

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We interacted with Anuj and Riddhi The feedback was descriptive and also with sketches explaining the video interactiveness though images.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The success of this project lies in the reception of the information that was provided as input to educreate. The team at educreate was very empathetic. This has helped us to reduce time it takes for a new joiner to get onboard and join the production project development process

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most crucial ingredient in our project was their empathetic behavior, which came appropriately for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Looking at the quality of the project conducted and delivered, that it meets the purpose completely, a short overshoot in time is really the least that would bother anyone.
