• Zero Monthly SaaS Software Fees: By deploying a custom search engine, they saved us an estimated $700-$1,000/month in ongoing third-party SaaS licensing fees.
• Eliminated Search Abandonment: Fixed zero-result search pages caused by typos, shorthand terms, and Latin/Cyrillic keyboard layout slips, keeping high-intent buyers engaged on the site.
• Real-Time Stock Accuracy: EcomShape's search syncs availability levels immediately, preventing customers from ordering unavailable items.
• Marketing Independence: Built and launched our custom block-based blog CMS, allowing our marketing team to publish content and embed buyable product cards without developer help.
