I'm the business owner of a beauty and cosmetics company.

What challenge were you trying to address with eCommerce Today?
My main challenge was to create a website for my store, so I hired eCommerce Today to help me out.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
eCommerce Today has developed a Shopify website for me without using code-based development — that was my main request. I wanted my website to be clean and precise, so I didn't want scripts on it. Their team has also been in charge of the website design and continuous maintenance. Moreover, they now help me with email marketing automation and SEO. Every week, they help me launch new campaigns.
What is the team composition?
Currently, I have two teammates from eCommerce Today working on my website.
How did you come to work with eCommerce Today?
I found them on Google and found out that they were also part of a private group of business owners. I heard very good feedback about them, so I scheduled a call with Stefan (Founder & CEO).
I understood everything Stefan explained to me about online stores, email marketing, and SEO, which made me trust him. Their price was also very good, and I really liked their offer, so I went with them.

My first contact with eCommerce Today was in March 2024, but the project started in April 2024. Our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
eCommerce Today has delivered a website just like I had imagined — their team has met my requirements very easily. Although I know that we need time before SEO yields significant results, I'm currently seeing success in our email marketing. About 25% of our total income currently comes from our email marketing work.
How did eCommerce Today perform from a project management standpoint?
eCommerce Today responds to all of our queries within one working day, and they've developed my website very fast. We communicate via email and Google Meet.

This is an ongoing project however we have tasked the eCommerce Today team with creating and maintaining a monthly email and social media marketing calendar. They have created more than 250 marketing emails and more than 150 social media posts and ads. They have maintained our paid search projects and grown sales by more than 30% while cutting costs 60%. The team has streamlined our processes to be more efficient and cost effective.
