I am the owner of KVS Pet Boutique which is an online Pet Supply Store. I sell custom made dog and cat collars, leashes, bandanas and other accessories.

I hired eCommerce Today to restructure my website and to set up an email marketing system in my storefront.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected them through Shopify Experts. The deciding factor was the follow up from Stefan after I had decided to take a step back and not have anything done. He emailed me and very kindly explained all that they could do for me and gave me the cost. he was very professional, not pushy and kind.

There were emails back and forth during both projects from start to finish. Prior to the finish of both projects, they had me review the end results. At the end of the Storefront project, both Stefan & Andreea set up a video call to take me through the new design with explanations on each feature. They were quick with both projects and did a fantastic job.

Stefan set me up with Andreea who was the Account Manager for each project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is much more user friendly and the design is more modernized and up to date. The email marketing set up will help to entice the customers to purchase. It is too soon to give feedback on anything more as I am still in the process of adding products to my storefront. I do have Andreea helping me at this time with the setting up of my Social Media Accounts

Both Stefan and Andreea communicated with me from start to finish. They were ahead of schedule on both projects and each project was completed in a timely manner. Any questions I may have or have are always answered promptly with thorough explanations,

I can not say there is just one thing that impressed me about this company. I was impressed with the quick back and forth communication from both Stefan & Andreea, the ample explanations on ongoing, their web design skills, the email marketing platform and the quick turnaround time for each project. They are an amazing company.

I have nothing negative to say about this company as they did an excellent job for me.

Structure with the following: New subscriber flow containing 2 popups, 3 emails - Flow Goal: Convert new subscribers into new customers Site abandonment flow containing 1 email - Flow Goal: Bring back visitors that did not look at any product pages Browse abandonment flow containing 2 emails.

We worked with 3 different members in the company. I spoke to the CEO and worked with two employees that supported the design and content of the email flows.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered all email flows within the agreed period of time. The team took the time to explain what they had created and also allowed us to provide feedback which was actioned very quickly and effectively.

We communicated via email and the communication was seamless despite it being the first project for both teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their breadth of services and time in response stood out in the partnership. They were clear in setting out the proposal and very competitive in pricing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From our end it is probably the copy writing style. However, I would add that we could have provided more material to clarify the style further.

During covid I set up a Shopify store for my education & products, it was never really working and I asked eCommerce to do an audit and help me find out what issues I had. My Goals where to sell more products and my courses.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected eCommerce because Stefan was so efficient and the report he produced helped me see what was wrong with my site. He also gave me a deadline to have all the issues fixed and literally it was fixed in a matter of 40 hours.

after the first mail and the report, Stefan set up a video call and went through each issue with my site and explained to me how he would fix them, it was great because I was able to change things as well while we spoke, he understood straight away what I was trying to achieve with my site.

Stefan has worked with me from Day 1 and is always there if I need to ask questions or want to change things. Andreea works with me now and we have weekly updates and reports so we are always tweaking the site together.

Since my store has been upgraded with various apps and a new look, it works perfect for me and my customers, I get so many compliments from people, my sales are increasing each month and this is the one thing Stefan told me on the first call.

We have weekly updates by email and every 2 weeks we have a video call to go through any new changes that need to be made.

They always try to find the best solution for me when I ask for something to be added. He will never promise something and not deliver.

I should have used Stefan from the very beginning it would have saved me money and stress dealing with the last company.

On top of that, they’ve done monthly email marketing campaigns for me, too.  I’ve also hired them to maintain the website for a year while also assisting in our social media efforts.

The keywords we’re targeting are maple syrup and maple. Our ranking for maple has increased from 53 to 35, or 18 spots higher than before. Maple syrup is up by two spots, while maple syrup Canada is up by 53 spots. 

Overall, eCommerce Today has met my expectations, and I’m truly satisfied with their work. The team has been truly forthcoming and transparent in terms of what they can do for us. They’ve successfully improved our SEO and fixed bugs on our website. They’ve also upgraded our themes in a relatively short amount of time for a limited amount of money.
