Result: Too early to tell. Orgaic traffic volume was maintained even through a reindexing, which we were impressed with. We haven't launched an Organic Content program yet. But when we do, we're confident the new site has set us up for success.

Context: Our sales take place on Live Streams featuring a Host and Producer. Before the launch of the Shopify App, the Producers spent most of their time managing inventory and monitoring orders.

Ecom Luxx was awesome to work with. Highly communicative and responsive to changes. Anything they delieverd that later needed changed, they addressed quickly and without extra charges. The project became very complex in the testing phase while connecting the App to the new Website. Ecom Luxx was flexble with our proposed solutions and open to trying net-new ideas they hadn't attempted before - almost always delivering exactly what we asked for. They were always realistic and transparant with timelines. We wanted to launch in the first week of January 2026. And that's what we did.

The Developer assigned to my project, Hashi, went above and beyond to learn our unique selling style and business needs. He would regularly meet with me one-on-one for deep dives into what was needed for particular features and workflows. They have a great process for building in staging environments for testing, and nothing was pushed live until I signed off.

Most impressive, though, was their empathy. They took the time to understand why we needed things to be certain ways and the challenges we faced. They never say "no." They always say "we'll find a way." That was such a comfort.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ecom Luxx could have done differently?

If you need daily updates on project progress, I'm sure they'd accomodate. I don't. So it was typical to go several weeks without an update due to the comlexity of what they were working on. But if I ever got anxious, I'd just ask for an update and get a thorough one promptly.
