Before we found Ecom Luxx, website didn’t match the high standards of our skincare line. It looked outdated, didn’t have a clear brand identity, and failed to give customers the sense of trust or sophistication we wanted. We had tried working with other developers, but those experiences were frustrating. Projects moved too quickly, communication was spotty, and the results never met our expectations.
Everything changed when we started working with Conal, Laura, and the Ecom Luxx team. Right from the first meeting, we could tell they were different. Communication was smooth and easy, especially with our WhatsApp group, and they treated the project as a real partnership, not just another assignment. They took the time to understand our goals for us and helped us create a website that truly represents who we are.

Our website is designed for a number of distinct audience groups, with a large focus being on the services we provide to people living with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities; this puts us in a niche with a limited audience size, therefore being able to effectively convert users on our website (lead gen) is paramount. This is where Ecom Luxx come in, the experts at EL conducted a thorough (CRO) audit of key pages on our website driven by real website-visitor behaviour data, EL then presented their findings-and-recommendations in a detailed and easy-to-follow format, and they provided support to our team throughout the website enhancement process.

After this we reached the project execution stage, at which point Alex took over and managed his team to complete the setup, data collection and analysis, and report creation. After this, our internal team took over the recommendations implementation on our website, during this stage the entire EL team was available (and responsive) to our questions and queries.

The Ecomluxx team has completely rebuilt our website (Shopify). You can reach them quickly and easily. Very accessible. If there is something urgent, they are quick to act and help. The owner always does his best to keep the invoices low. It is not for nothing that we have had a lot of adjustments made to our Shopify store in the course of 1.5 years!
