We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed both the front end and back end of our Shopify store. They took extra steps to embed custom features to our website.

A Project Manager was our main point of contact throughout the development process. There were also 2-3 designers and developers working behind the scenes.

We had daily meetings with the project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. They were fast in providing updates, and if there were any delays, they would let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Basecamp to coordinate our scope of work and also manage timelines.

They gave us a professional and beautiful looking site that is easy to update. It was my first time working with a Shopify platform and they took the time to give me informative knowledge and tips about the platform.

I found them through upwork and we chose them because they specialized in javascript development.

We had a kickoff meeting to discuss their thoughts on how to approach the project. They seemed to agree that javascript was the best approach. We needed it quickly and they were able to build our file in only a few days. The later added the ability to scroll on mobile as well.

I rewrote my site using HML and CSS. I needed help from a pro to help me go live.

I searched for and found Shopify Pro on Upwork.com. They responded instantly and progerssionally.

We meet. I explained what I needed. They started helping me—instantly. They examined my code. Educated me on ways to improve it. Did proof of concept using Bootstrap framework. I then had all I needed to make my choice between Bootstrap and straight HTML/CSS. I chose the latter for better readability and maintenance. They then helped go live by configuring the .htaccess parameters perfectly for my needs. This was tough for me to achieve until I worked with ShopifyPro.

I worked with one developer/consultant. Was perfect.

I am not too much of a tech guy myself but plain and simple we needed loading times to improve. There was issues in the code of the website itself and image optimization. The problems were solved within 48 hours

I communicated directly with Joe Hudson who is the account manager. He took me step for step how the project was going and the changes that were made in terms of improvement.

Mobile speed scored went from a 16 to a 76 and desktop speed scored went from a 76 to a 97. A substantial increase which I am sure will make the browsing experience much better for the consumer

We directly communicated through a platform called basecamp. There was no set timeline but the job was done in a timely manner.
