ECD has performed continual website development and updates as well as first class updating and suggestions on moving the business and website into the future with forward based thinking.  They also handle all email and SMS marketing as well as our affiliate software, and countless other website and business partner technologies to make all of our lives easier and less complicated in the ever changing digital world.

The team at ECD knows my goals and ROAS minimums...they have never been at or below those, and are consistantly exceeding them while also implementing new innovative strategies.  I made the comment a year ago to Zak and his team that 'this is the first time in 10 years I am not wondering if I should can my current company or resign. It was a 100% non-issue and I am excited to see what we/they come up with next!

Working with this team has been an incredible experience from start to finish. They developed our website exactly according to the design specifications we provided, while also incorporating smart, data-driven strategies to optimize conversions throughout every stage of the customer journey. Their expertise in E-commerce and conversion rate optimization is obvious — every element was thoughtfully implemented with best practices in mind.

They provided mockups of our core E-commerce pages that perfectly matched our brand standards and followed top-tier Ecom design principles. On top of that, their email marketing services exceeded expectations. They set up all of our flows, automations, segments, and email templates — complete with compelling copy that was ready to launch. They use Klaviyo for both email and SMS, which we now understand is by far the best platform for E-commerce marketing.

The SMS marketing strategy alone has already shown amazing results, with open rates over 95%. Their team ensured everything worked together seamlessly — email, SMS, and even automated review requests. These reviews are now integrated with our website and Google, which has helped boost click-through rates, improve our website conversions, and generate high-quality testimonial content we can repurpose for ads and other campaigns.

Classic Caladiums has been in business since 2000. (Doors opened 2000 - First sale 2007) We have grown our brand and have taken the mantle as the largest grower and exporter of Caladiums in the world. We attained this status due to our genetics program. As our product continued to improve, our recognition in the industry grew.

As we improved our process and product, our wholesale accounts grew. But as anyone in any industry knows, retail always has better profit figures than wholesale. With the world changing and the old way of doing business becoming a distant memory, we knew we had to grow our retail footprint and fast. We spent years developing a website with functioning inventory and POS control. 

We worked hard to get to 400K in revenue. As great as that figure sounds, we felt that there was mure more room to grow. After speaking with some other partners in the business about these issues, they kept mentioning a company called ECD and their founder Zak. They spoke with such animation about him and his team, it was hard not to give them call. 

After numerous calls and meetings we had an agreement and ECD got to work immediately. New website was launched in December along with transitions into: Klaviyo, Thrive and Shopify. To be honest, we as a company did know how detailed each application was and it caused a stir earlier on in our season. Issues with substitutions, lack of communication and other issues, had us close to drowning. 

After some internal personnel shifting and a new respect to all the changes, we hunkered down, learned our systems, and got to working. We were able to dig out of a 900+ order hole and got the ship on track. Yes.. 900. But I have to say, there is ZERO chance we get out our predicament if it weren't for Zak, Maddy and Joel. Did not matter when I emailed or called.. they were there. 

I'm amazed they're not called State Farm. (Kidding)

ECD and myself had a meeting this morning about new additions to the website and we were talking about how we are a couple of orders away from crossing the 500K mark in YEAR 1. That alone is astonishing especially with the extreme hurdles at the beginning. 

So lets recap:

• Built a new website (Have provided constant support as well as new features for better customer experience)
• Took us from the prehistoric era to the 21st century in technology (Shopify, Klaviyo, Thrive)
• Assisted with Facebook Marketing after having ZERO sales through FB we are 19k 
• nearly 500K in revenue year one (440K last year)

In summary, there are plenty of companies you can hire to get your digital marketing needs met. But I'm not looking for my needs to be met, we are looking to understand what my needs are and then have them met. We are experts at growing caladiums, Zak and his team are experts in their craft. There isn't another I would trust in getting our companies DM needs done. So i'll leave you with this.

Like a good neighbor, ECD is there.
