Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President and Owner of Coreo Dance & Fitness, a boutique studio that offers high-quality and unique dance and fitness classes.

For what projects/services did your company hire EC Digital Services?

We had issues with the website that a different company built for us, and when our traffic started to decline, we knew we needed to engage help from a different web design company. EC Digital came to our rescue, and within several weeks, took our requirements and created a new website that was functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a website that is on-brand, informative, and optimized for search. It also needed to integrate with our class booking software and contains a contact form to capture leads. Finally, we wanted a website that can be easily maintained and updated without web development experiences.

How did you select EC Digital Services?

EC Digital Services was referred to us, and when we interviewed EC Digital Services for the project, we felt confident that they were knowledgeable and would be able to deliver what we need for our website.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed to rebuild our website from scratch. The project began with us providing with EC Digital our requirements and sketches of how we would like the webpage to look like. EC Digital then took our input to design the website.

We had several phone calls to review the website and make updates, and EC Digital took our feedback and incorporate them, at the same time, they will provide their input if they believe there was a better approach.

The final outcome was a website that contains all the information we need to display, and all the functions for us to operate our business (booking system integration, social media feed display, contact forms)

What was the team composition?

I was working directly with the owner of EC Digital. He was responsive, helpful, and patient. He understood the importance of a functioning website for his clients, and would always respond promptly to our requests.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After we launched the website that EC Digital built, our website traffic slowly began to recover, and our search ranking improved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As we were in direct contact with the owner, communication was streamlined, and he would delegate the work to his team as appropriate. It was very helpful to have one main point-of-contact to handle our requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We're most impressed by EC Digital's willingness to help their clients. When we urgently needed a new website, they did not hesitate to take on our work, even though they had other projects on hand

 Also, when we were hit by COVID-19 and needed to launch a merchandise shop on our website to help build our online presence, they prioritized our ask and helped us with it.

Time and time again, EC Digital has shown that they care about their clients, and are willing to support their clients during good times and bad times. Having gone through a bad experience with another web design marketing company, we particularly appreciate EC Digital's competence and trustworthiness.

EC Digital has been a great help since we launched our business, and we are very satisfied with their service.

To build and optimize our website, improve our SEO, create a marketing strategy, set up payment systems, back-end operations for managing student rosters including sending mailers.

I selected EC Digital Services because of their dedication and commitment to delivering the best services to grow my small business. They helped build several successful accounts before mine. The best part of EC Digital is that they treat each of their clients like family and always get the job done.

We would meet once a month or every few months to discuss the strategy and they would follow through by keeping a log of every project step they were working on. EC-Digital did website development using Wordpress and e-commerce store using Woocommerce.

2-3 people worked with us mainly Edwin the owner, his colleague Christine and also a designer.

EC Digital helped significantly increase traffic to our website and improve our SEO.

They are very detail oriented and won't give up on find the best solution for your company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are minor bugs that occur from time to time and some issues with plug-ins - however EC Digital works hard to quickly resolve these issues.
