In 1988, we moved to a building at the rear of the parking lot. After an extensive redevelopment project, we re-opened in our current location in June 2012. It is a member-owned grocery retail operation.

Ebryx was tasked with a designing and developing an app for tracking shareholder volunteer hours and the donation of worked hours to other shareholders. They leveraged a modern tech stack to provide enhanced user experience and mobile responsiveness. Ebryx proposed and executed a custom web application using React.js, Styled components, and Redux Toolkit (RTK) on the frontend, supported by Node.js, Sequelize ORM, and MariaDB on the backend. 
Deployment was handled via AWS EC2, ensuring reliable performance and scalability. They successfully integrated with our legacy SQL Anywhere point of sale database.
Key deliverables included: 
A completely redesigned UI/UX 
Full mobile compatibility 
Seamless product catalog integration 
A responsive, fast, and secure web app hosted on AWS

Ebryx’s project management was above average. They generally delivered all items according to the timeline and remained responsive to our needs. Their team maintained transparent, consistent communication, and adapted quickly to feedback throughout the project. We did sometimes need to wait while a feature was refactored but work was performed successfully within our expectations.

They could have spent more time gathering requirements precisely at the beginning of the project, but otherwise they were quite good.

Automate Asset’s location & count information by harnessing IoT, Big Data, Cloud computing, and Real-time Analytics. Our IoT sensors, actively track specific information about assets without any human involvement.

These IoT sensors will be attached to assets to gather data. At regular intervals or via locally triggered action (movement, button press...), the asset tags wake up, collect signal strength information (RSSI) from the anchors in their neighborhood and send the information to the gateways (through the wireless Mesh network). The gateways then forward the data to the Cloud, where the RTLS Solver runs and compute a position based on the known position of Anchors and measured RSSI.

Dashboards provide Real-time analytic and actionable insights from big data, stored, and processed in the cloud and raw data ingestion from IoT sensors attached to cars/assets. All of the above paragraphs are considered as the key deliverables

There was a lot of compliance and quality which was needed. In Ebryx Tech we found all right people who helped us with what we needed.

Ebryx was referred to us by another company which had a mobile project completed and launched. And feedback was so good and results were obvious that we decided this is the company which can provide us with a complete cycle of development without having to look anywhere else.

Ebryx Tech provided end-to-end system development, functionality verification of the developed system, and maintenance of Direct Debit Systems. Direct Debit System is a recurring payments platform that integrates with the application businesses every day, giving businesses more visibility over payments and saving them huge amounts of time on tasks like payment reconciliation.

There were five headed by a true gentleman called Faisal Sharief. Faisal was Director of Engineering. Others position are not known, but they were quality assurance , UX guy, 2 developers, sorry but not sure about their titles.

It had been some time since we had overhauled out technology. I had decided to change platforms for capturing data and thus needed to update the supporting software technologies. I was looking for a company that could provide services for all the platforms I wanted to use. They were able to provide a team that could cover all the platforms involved and work together.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since I had never looked outside of our company for assistance, I ask a large number of questions and provided them some of the source code to our old software. After having them review the functionality of our existing software they were not only able to replicate the services but improve overall functionality and security. They were able to point out problems that I already knew existed and provide solutions.

The scope was to deliver a functioning website, Windows application, phone apps and supporting applications. They create the supporting application first then followed with the other applications simultaneously.

The steps were to create the portal after the supporting apps. And then move to add additional sources to enter and review data. The technologies involve SQL, Windows Server, Windows 10 and 11, IOS application and Android.

The team consisted of 2 developers for the Windows segments and one each for Android and IOS

As for measurable outcomes, we can process our loads collections faster and more effectively. And monitor information accuracy much better as well as auditing for inconsistencies and improper uses.

If I had any worries about any aspect of the development they were able to work through everything and were always able to provide options that met my needs.
