This application is for users who enjoy the strategy of betting on sports. It is intended to guide and inform users as this industry continues to grow in the United States.

We had placed a job posting on Angelist as well as Upwork. Eugene from Eazysoft reached out to me on Linkedin as we were conducting our search for a development team.

After the field was narrowed down to 4 development teams who submitted a proposal with a technical challenge, EazySoft had shown their ability to work quickly and with limited direction. During the interview process they were very friendly and communicated well. It was a clear choice that I am happy I made.

We have worked together to create a plan to develop the web application and they have great input on feature planning. They have built the application from scratch. While we have encountered issues as with all projects, they are always professional, responsive and ready to satisfy all requirements.

I have worked with a couple collaborators along the way but the team has mostly been EazySoft and myself. I work directly with Eugene who works with his team of developers to build our site.

This project is our business. EazySoft has taken an idea and turned it into a reality almost exactly on budget. As we continue to invite more users, they are impressed with what we have done given the amount of time spent.

1. I prioritize features to be built based on budget

3. Eazysoft produces an estimate to develop features
4. Based on Estimate, we can add/remove items and I will approve it
5. Eazysoft works in typically 2 week sprints Very effective project management!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to make accurate estimates prior to work being done is impressive. It is really nice to be able to plan ahead and not be surprised when the work has been completed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At current no. We have encountered issues along the way but we have resolved them in a timely, professional manner. If anything I should be a bit more organized and clear but they have helped guide development as well.
