What challenge were you trying to address with EastWest Web?
We needed to revamp our nine-year-old website. We needed a full transition to the new technologies.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
EastWest Web did web development for us from scratch using WordPress. We told them that we wanted our look to stay the same because it was working for us, but with new technologies, like Google Analytics.
The site is an online library of over 40,000 items that we’ve indexed. They helped us put many categories and tags to make the site easy to navigate. We also use the categories and tags when responding to inquiries.
What is the team composition?
We mainly work with Jay (CEO), and he manages his team that takes on the work.
How did you come to work with EastWest Web?
They were referred to us by another nonprofit organization.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent around $5,000 with them so far.

We started working together in May 2017, and the engagement is ongoing. We've been working with their team for five years.
