Easify Technologies built a Shopify e-commerce store for CHATANI, a Japanese tea import business based in Budapest. The project included custom theme design, B2B wholesale functionality with registration and custom pricing via the BSS B2B app, and integration with third-party services including invoicing, fulfillment, and pickup points. Post-launch support was also provided for ongoing fixes and adjustments.

The store launched successfully in June 2026, with all key integrations (Billingo, Webshippy, BSS B2B) fully operational. The B2B wholesale registration flow was completed and tested end-to-end.

Shaghil was responsive throughout the project and consistently quick to reply to emails, which made the whole process stress-free. Instructions were followed accurately, pricing was transparent, and post-launch support has been thorough and reliable.

We hired Easify Technologies to develop our new website, our old website was outdated and we needed some extra functionality like collecting donations and application system for our scholarship program.

We were searching for web development companies which could finish our project on an urgent deadline as we needed the website ready for accepting new applications and we were also bit constrained with the budget.

We started with a kickoff meeting where we decided our requirements in detail. We used asana to collaborate with the team of the company. The project was done in 3 steps:

• Design and wireframe
• Prototyping
• final development

They asked for our feedback throughout the project until we could agree and then proceeded to the next step. The website was developed on WordPress CMS and PHP.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 members of Easify Technologies working directly with us. A Project manager, a designer and a web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website is liked by the different stakeholders. We could now accept scholarship applications directly on our website and manage the data better. We are also able to accept donations directly on our website and we are seeing increase in traffic.

The company added 2 important stakeholders or our organisation to their Asana system and the project was carried out in an agile way. There were revisions if we were not satisfied. The project was completed on a timely manner.

They always provided us with insights and also worked as consultants apart from being a web development company. We got informed about many things about the technology used during the course of project.

I think all the things were done properly and in the best possible way.
