We hired EagerWorks to design our new landing page, due to their excellent work, we kept working with them on the design of our new mobile app. The deliverables were the designs in Figma.

We had weekly meetings in order to check the progress. They also kept us up to date with emails that showed the progress in the designs.

All items were delivered faster than expected. All suggestions and comments we made were rapidly reflected in the designs.

For what projects/services did your company hire eagerworks, and what were your goals?

At the very beginning of the pandemic while quarantine was being enforced a lot of local restaurants started struggling with sales, so i come up with an idea to try and help them during those tough times providing customers a way to buy their favorite dishes on their favorite restaurants but consume them later once the quarantine was lifted.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Eagerworks understood exactly what we were needing from the very beginning and our project was perfect for their area of expertise.

First we had a kick-off meeting to define the scope of the project were Eagerworks input was of great help here to tailor the final product. We then stablished two deliverables, first was the website in an MVP state and second the finished product including the payment processor integration. From the kick-off till the end of the project we had weekly meeting adjust the project's needs and demo the progress.

I was in touch with two persons from Eagerworks, a project manager and a full stack developer.

Due to the nature of the product, time to market was of the essence and we had the MVP on date as expected.

We communicated through slack for quick specific doubts or questions and had weekly online calls.

The time and care they put into helping us polish the initial idea from an early stage to it's final form. They helped us stay focused on what mattered the most and was going to add the most value.

I'm extremely pleased with the final product as well as the whole process.
