For what projects/services did your company hire eagerWorks?

Develop a nice website with good design. We were looking for the right team of designers UX/UI and back-end, and EagerWorks can offer all that. And the most important thing, working hard and be right on time! They always get in the client's shoes, trying to solve your problems and designing good strategies with you!

What were your goals for this project?

Business requirements: stated before. A nice platform, web development and the project was well separated in different MVP's stages. The project is having a really good impact on us. Clients love our website!

How did you select this vendor?

Word of mouth - reccomendation of another group of entrepreneurs. We have considered at least 5 companies at that time. Deciding factors: The empathy and taking care of our service/product. Involved in the selection process: the three co-founders.

They designed, developed and launched full website! We contributed with simply documents and different types of websites to be used as examples of UX/UI. Responsible for everything, they really take care from beginning to end. I really appreciate the post-service experience.

Not sure about how many resources. 3 o 2 members of EagerWorks I believe. Didn't change over time.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Now, thanks to EagerWorks lots of new users (entrepreneurs, advisors, mentors and investors from all over the world) have the possibility to interact with us, and really understand what PathMe means. We got more than 10 customers in our first month, and we expect to have an increase of 15% each month.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Deadlines were managed really well! Tools of supervision: GitHub and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They know the barriers we all have to break down when we start with our first prototype.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes it's difficult to understand projects estimated by hours. In our case, we prefer days, it's more accurate.

I’m the COO of Trusted Sale, Inc., an automotive company. We offer a platform that automates the inspection, certification, and protection of used vehicles, providing transparency and assurance for automotive dealers, marketplaces, lenders, and wholesalers.

We needed to transform our current platform to enable us to scale it, providing stability and reliability.

What was the scope of their involvement?

eagerworks has taken over all our development efforts. The team has updated our base code to eliminate redundancy and make it more efficient. Moreover, eagerworks has taken over new development work and enhancements on our roadmap. The team has also been involved in design work.

In terms of features, eagerworks has implemented APIs, enhanced our product, cleaned up the code, and performed regression testing.

We’ve worked with two teammates from eagerworks.

Another automotive company that had worked with eagerworks referred them to us. We chose them because they had great communication and expertise, as well as deep automotive industry experience.

eagerworks has enhanced our platform's response time, created new admin portals, and cleaned up our code. The team has also made onboarding and feature management easier. Moreover, eagerworks has implemented new APIs and delivered more stable code with minimal interruptions.

eagerworks is great at setting proper expectations and then meeting or exceeding them. We communicate via Slack and Google Meet.

We provided wireframe concepts to Eagerworks for both a web application and a mobile app. We asked them to transform these concepts into professionally designed Figma files so our development team could use them in development. The project consists of more than 10 app UX designs and 30 web app designs. The key deliverable for this project was the creation of the Figma designs with special attention to the usability/UX of the key features in both apps.
