DXTech built a comprehensive digital platform for managing our obstacle race. The system covers everything from backend race setup, dynamic ticket transfers and fee handling, to liability waiver tracking, payment analytics, and a fast on-site QR code check-in system. 

Key deliverables included a fully customized web and mobile platform, an automated QR-based race kit distribution system, real-time payment and ticket management dashboards, and comprehensive technical and user documentation. 

In addition, DXTech developed our B2B platform for manufacturing SMEs, enabling businesses to discover and connect with verified raw material suppliers while providing access to financial credit solutions. 

The platform included supplier and buyer management, product catalog and inquiry workflows, user authentication, role-based administration, analytics dashboards, and a scalable system architecture designed to support future integrations and business growth.

The RaceX platform made our race organization much more efficient. Thanks to the QR check-in feature, the on-site race kit collection time per participant was significantly reduced. It also saved our team a considerable amount of administrative work by automating group ticket management, ticket transfers, transfer fees, and liability waivers. 

For our B2B platform, DXTech delivered a stable and scalable solution that streamlined supplier and buyer management while simplifying product inquiries and business workflows. The platform significantly reduced manual processes, improved operational efficiency, and established a strong technical foundation for future integrations and business growth.
