They assist us with an annual brand analysis, but in the last year, we have also employed them in another way. Our staff may access logos, images, and other materials on our newly developed internal website, which covers all of our brand assets and rules. Dviga hosted that website on their servers and created it for us.

The site's dual function of offering resources to staff members and discussing the brand is what makes it so intriguing. In fact, it provides access to three other websites that we use: our asset management system, our promotional firm (where individuals can order branded products for their group), and our event management company. It was created in a specific manner using our brand rules and identity. We have been able to provide our personnel with an easy-to-use interface for these additional sites thanks to these links.

According to input from many internal stakeholders, such as marketing materials and our legal team, the new website makes it simpler to access our brand assets. Additionally, transparency has grown. Previously, obtaining a logo required emailing someone, after which a third party would complete the request. Today, our staff only needs to log in to the website. The experience is highly self-serving.

Regarding the research study, we did have some concerns about the way they presented a portion of the material a year ago, but we resolved those. If we didn't enjoy their job, we wouldn't have been in business with them for ten years.

We don't use a project management application during our planned meetings. While the site was being constructed, we held weekly meetings and occasionally took calls. We begin holding calls every two weeks when the annual research study is due.

Our security systems are highly strict, therefore it was a big project. Sometimes granting access to our own staff is difficult. By integrating our digital partners into this interface, Dviga was able to get around that.

This site and all of our digital apps are accessed by our employees via a single-sign-on system. Although it's straightforward and uncomplicated, a lot of backroom work between Dviga's team and our internal IT team was required to achieve that feature.

They are remarkably receptive. Natalie is the lead person for the website and the annual report, and she is knowledgeable and quick to respond. Working with someone who sees problems before they become problems is pleasant. It's a pleasure working with the entire crew.

Dviga assisted us in developing a new corporate culture (vision, mission, values, and behaviors) as well as a new logo, brand identity, and brand standards. In order to inform the creative process, Dviga conducted a comprehensive discovery approach that included surveys, internal and external stakeholder interviews, data collection, quantitative and qualitative research, and a competitive analysis.

Dviga's strategy gave us the information we needed to create a brand that would appeal to our communities, customers, and coworkers. Through a brand immersion training program run by a group of brand ambassadors, Dviga also assisted us in internally launching our new culture and brand.

Dviga played a key role in our brand's successful internal launch, which reached more than 6,500 workers. Additionally, since introducing the brand entirely in October 2021, we have won an award for best visual identity in the financial services industry and gotten extremely positive comments from community members, clients, and coworkers. We are now collecting stats to assess the success of our ongoing rebranding campaigns.
