We needed a technical partner to help us build and scale a number of AI agents we could deploy across different client use cases. The work spanned architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve successfully delivered multiple AI solutions to our own clients using the infrastructure they helped build. It also reduced our internal engineering needs and made it easier to launch new projects without reinventing everything each time.

Overall, they did well. Deadlines were generally met, and they adapted quickly when priorities changed. Communication was easy through Slack and regular calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They think beyond the ticket in front of them. Rather than just building what we asked for, they often suggested better approaches and flagged potential issues before they became expensive. That mindset stood out most. Yes. If you’re building AI products and need a team that understands the engineering side and how to build something truly scalable, I’d have no problem recommending them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Drox Lab could have done differently?

Nothing major. They could be a bit more proactive with progress updates during quieter development phases. We always got answers when we asked, but occasional check-ins without prompting would be helpful.

We hired Drox Lab for digital marketing.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work Drox Lab handled for Al Imam Travels?

Drox Lab built our web app from the ground up. They developed a package exploration interface where visitors can browse and compare our offerings, along with a real-time booking tracker that lets customers follow their reservation status at every stage. They handled both the front-end experience and the back-end infrastructure supporting live updates. Drox Lab also provides maintenance when needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Drox Lab was very rapid in communication. The process I liked the most was how thorough their documentation was, which made regular communication very streamlined.

Drox Lab delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Drox Lab stood out because they positioned themselves as an embedded team that could own the entire project end to end.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would suggest that they don’t switch any engineer. Although it didn’t make any impact on the deadlines, I would still prefer the same engineer from start to end.
