In order to develop a custom software solution that suited our unique requirements, DreamSoft4uITsolutions simplified thoroughly examined our existing systems and requirements. The new program was able to be effortlessly integrated with our current EHR system, guaranteeing that all patient data was easily accessible. They also created an easy-to-use mobile app that enables users to access their medical records and get in touch with their healthcare professionals from any location.

Patient engagement and satisfaction have significantly increased as a result of the creation of the patient portal and mobile app. Patients can now more readily and comfortably access their medical information and communicate with their healthcare providers. I'm the co-founder and CEO of our company. We are in the business of IT, software consultancy, web development, and special software development.

We hired them for their custom software development services. One of our clients in the healthcare industry required custom software to manage the attendance and the visits of medical representatives. A medical representative is a salesperson who visits doctors on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. They needed software that could manage the locations, tools, travel, and everything else that was done by the medical representative. Our product also caters to the HR and payroll management of medical representatives.

DreamSoft4u built the software from scratch. We initially provided them with all the documentation regarding the target market, the demand and supply, the medical representative’s rights and duties, what language to use for each and every user, how we manage the payrolls, and how we manage the legal formative.

We found them through a Google search. This project required some tools specific to healthcare, and DreamSoft4u was doing something very domain specific in the healthcare industry, so we decided to go with them.

The project was successfully finished, and we currently have around 15 companies on board using the product. We also have around 500 users who are working for different pharmaceutical companies.

They delivered everything on time and within budget. For project management, we used Jira. We also communicated through Zoom and WhatsApp.

They were domain-specific in the healthcare industry.

Create an intuitive interface for patients to engage with counselors in order to virtually participate in diabetes prevention group counseling sessions. To bring patients and counselors together by facilitating video consultation, ability to document illness trends - medications and other medical history. This included an HL7 - FHIR interface within the County's software continuum.

DS4U was extremely agile with assigns team members to this project. There were at least 5 client facing team members assigned at any given time. I'm sure there were additional team members in the background performing programming, Quality Assurance and other tasks.

We were able to deliver customized user manuals and a scheduling platform that was above and beyond the original deliverable.

We have been able to raise the funding after the MVP of our project and now we are planning to full scale development and launch in next 6-8 Months.

Everything was smooth and well communicated over emails and Slack to minimize the communication Gaps. From Day 1 we were particular about the process we needed to implement to increase and maintain the productivity of both the teams.

It has been a wonderful journey working with Dreamsoft4u as they were very professional through out the project. Their understanding regarding project was always top notch even though there were a lot of changes in the requirement, they always welcomed our CRs/ERs & delivered an outstanding solution.

It would have been great if they could have sent their guys to onsite at our office for training purpose ,however it was not the part of scope so I can understand.

So far, they have provided what I needed and hopeful that would be able to figure out all the solutions to all challenges that I will be presenting them now and in the near future.

They have to build all the screens that the patients have to enter their respective health care detail records that include but not limited to Log In screens, Demographics, Providers Dictionary, Patient portals, drug interactions, etc. Python, Gjango, API were all used to make the system works and hopefully meets HIPAA standards.

I don't know how many people were involved. I designed all screens that needed built, provided the data that need to be entered and expected to see and the desired results that they delivered have met the standard that I needed to see.

The materials and resources that DreamSoft4U developed were integrated into a larger project outcome which was highly successful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow was very effective despite the project's complexity and the confounding problem of myself being on a scheduled business trip and truly remote from my office and internet for a period of some days during a critical phase of the workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The content was developed and refined quickly and in a way that was built on interpreting and learning from our feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While our project was in a complex medical area it was straightforward and only 1 contact point on the client side. There was capability and desire to use advanced project management and various communication tools which on a larger project would be invaluable, but for our specific project was a bit of overkill. Instead of using Slack and some of the other process tools, we ended up just have some regular zoom calls and emails to facilitate the WIP process. This was satisfactory for our needs.

The results speak for themselves. We have a fully functional SAAS solution with several wearable and digital device integrations and a platform that delivers a telehealth solution in real-time and remotely. The short-term engagement has matured into a long-term collaboration and we look forward to working with them as we grow. Partnering with Dreamsoft4u was the first and single most important decision I took as a Consultant of a digital health Client. In Dreamsoft4u.We found a true collaborator to transform our ideas into a digital health solution, not just a software app.  User experience was always given the highest priority. As in any tech. development life cycle, there were challenges, bugs, roadblocks, and occasional pivots. However, Sanjeev and his team were always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Our ad-hoc requests were handled in an expedited manner, and we were kept in the loop.

Dreamsoft4u were up to the mark and supportive throughout the project

We have decided to complete this project in 10 milestones , We decided to go with the WebApp development first and then we tested and satisfied . After this we went on mobile application phases for both android and iOS platforms, We have also integrated the third parties API for insurance and lab test etc. Dreamsoft4u also supported and helped in ad-hoc request and some extent they have helped us in out of scope requirements.

Initially we started with 3 engineers and one project manager ,later we have increased the team size to 8 which includes UI/UX designer ,domain expert ,business analyst and delivery manager. Everyone was great listener and we acted as a single unit team to complete our project.

After completion of Web App we have tested for 2months we found 5x growth in revenue and reduced our case management time which untimely helps in increasing the productivity and reducing the operational cost . We can now say that we have increased 20x revenue and on boarded 10x more doctors which in turns increasing the number of consultation per week.

We needed a custom software solution for our electronic remittance advice (ERA) and medical billing systems.

DreamSoft helped us develop an app in the area of medical billing solutions. They developed a system for accepting and rejecting claims in ERA. It was also a revenue cycle management app that should allow us to submit claims electronically and receive ERA. It should also do all the payment postings electronically. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 3–4 people over the years. There were a couple of developers and a project manager, including Sanjeev (Co-Founder & CEO), Ramish (Team Lead), and Rohit (Business Analyst). 

How did you come to work with DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution?

About 6–7 years ago, we were looking for good developers with an excellent understanding and experience in electronic data interchange (EDI). We sent a bid and selected a few names, which included DreamSoft. 

We interviewed the team, and we found out they had a good background and understanding of the work we were looking for. Their experience and knowledge in the area was the reason we decided to go with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $25,000–$30,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from March 2016–January 2020. It’s over, but they’re still giving a lot of support for the application they developed for us. When there are minor technical problems, they still come and help us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The application is very good. We constantly use it with clients, and we make good use of it.

We worked with DreamSoft for five years, and all other projects were done successfully. As a result, I would be more than happy to continue working with them in the future, and I would always want them as a part of my development team.

The DreamSoft team was very prompt and responsive. We were never ignored. That was a huge plus for their line of business. They never left my side and were always there to help, which was a good thing. We enjoyed that very much. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team’s attitude and willingness to solve the issues and complete the project on time were impressive. The developers were very nice and willing to work with us, and they were always there to make sure they would finish things on time. Their support services were also very good. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room to improve in everybody's business. However, they already have good communication skills and attitude, and their development skills are fine. There’s nothing I can suggest other than to keep up the good work.

Potential customers should have more or less the same experience as we had. Expect DreamSoft to do quality work similar to what they did for us.
