We typically work with Dreamlabs in 2 areas. First is team augmentation for our projects where we engage developers or product experts from them for our projects and our client's projects. Secondly, we build custom software together with them across some of our products. The projects are quite diverse and deliverables range from "just" talent when we need to augment a team to a set of features we need built when we run custom development.

Successfully delivered projects and satisfied clients are the most important outcomes for us.

Dreamlabs assigns a dedicated project manager for us who coordinates the delivery of our projects together with their engineering teams. The work is very collaborative, typically managed in JIRA and carried out over SCRUM, so we are involved in planning and delivery throughout all stages.
