Networking and technical development can be time-consuming, so we needed someone to supplement us with custom software solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’re utilizing Dreamers Inc. as our externalized development team and we’re currently in the process of operating a prototype for a product and migrating to a blockchain platform.

We’re looking for something that can be compatible with JavaScript, so we’re leaning towards Solana, which they have experience with.

I was fielding interests with a job ad on Upwork and came across Dreamers Inc. because of their genuine interest in the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dreamers Inc. is the best professional blockchain solutions resource I’ve ever encountered. They’re very adept at translating complex business and economic concepts to code and are continually contributing to it.

How did Dreamers Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management standpoint. They were able to discuss budgeting, scheduling, and tools to implement and finalized everything at the onset.

We managed the project through JIRA, and typically communicated through Slack, phone, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like how they don’t just give gunshot solutions. They’re good consultants who proactively listen to our problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have insight into their team management, but it would be great if their team can get bigger.

I advise you to take advantage of what they can offer because they’re very thoughtful when it comes to providing solutions to your problems.

I'm the President -  we provide procurement compliance solutions to federal contractors subject to CPSRs (contractor purchasing system reviews).

For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamers Inc., and what were your goals?

We hired Dreamers Inc. to provide software development services. Rather than build-to-print, we rely on Dreamers to ensure that all of the aspects of the system are effectively and efficiently integrated. In addition, we rely on Dreamers to maintain our application security.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We held a competition based on past experience, technical knowledge, and price. At the end of the day, we moved forward with Dreamers based on their problem-solving skills and attention to detail, which we ascertained in a "pilot" project at the start of the relationship.

I'd prefer not to discuss technology specifics, but we have worked with Dreamers to build a robust development and release process. Our software includes automated logic, workflow assignments, 3rd party software integrations, and a significant amount of back-end compliance logic.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our business continues to grow year-over-year, 5x since we started working with Dreamers. Without the work they've done, we could not have handled that type of growth. The efficiencies they've put in place have allowed us to grow quickly and with confidence.

Communicating with Dreamers is typically done through Trello, with some phone and email support. They adhere to the due dates they sign up to, without fail.

Our company has explored expansion into banking services and remittances, using arbitrage to bring these services to free, easy-to-use platforms. Our banking plan focuses on global stability through encryption and a hybrid stablecoin system to deliver the best value to your customers and to challenge big banks' high fees for retail clients and small startups. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project started as an idea. I am very scatterbrained and sometimes depressed, so I originally thought of separate forex algorithms that would balance a hybrid stable coin using treasury bills and other instruments to offset the instability caused by changing market conditions. Dreamers convinced me that using arbitrage would have the most immediate impact on my coin's valuation and stability. This all happened before I educated myself on Topological structures and higher-order math, which could have made the abstract and misguided beliefs I had about tokenization seem much more concrete. Dreamers helped push me away from the confusion I brought to the table and convinced me to look at more rational options, which they demonstrated were quite successful.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This question isn't fair right now, as our work is still ongoing and may take several years. If you think the following demonstration of progress or success is weird, then you shouldn't be in the business. I came to Dreamers with a clear, abstract idea and a plan to implement it concretely. This was before the AI surge, and you'd think I'd forget about Dreamers altogether, but I still desperately need the secrecy, confidence, understanding, and creativity of Adam, who worked tirelessly on my idea to bring it closer to my understanding, in which I could think more deeply. He molded my thoughts and placed them in my representation-theory blender. Yes, Dreamers is a serious corporation; they work selectively only on the most promising projects, I believe. They are there too, to facilitate your dreams. and aspirations.

To be honest, Dreamers is a concierge service, and they work endlessly to deliver your items on time, providing extensive research for you, and deliverables and prototypes along the way to make the ultimate delivery of the product smooth, exact, and precise.

People, Adam and his team were extremely professional and highly intelligent. I'm difficult to work with, so Adam was kind enough to serve as the liaison. Adam is personable, relatable, and most importantly, inquisitive, intelligent, curious, and interesting to speak with, and he tempts the intellectual palate so gracefully that you easily collaborate with him. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dreamers Inc. could have done differently?

I was uncooperative for personal reasons. In retrospect, I would have gained much more had I been fully involved and not in Law School.
