Nishant won a design contest we hosted more than 10 years ago. It was for a set of icons that we still use today. I never thought that we would still be working together after 10 years. The reason that I wanted to keep working with him was a mutual recognition in the iterative nature of marketing and design work.

In business, everything is fluid and in motion and Nishant has demonstrated the ability to listen, advise, communicate, organize, strategize and manage every project we put on his plate.

Over a decade there are many things that Dream Designs could have done better. This is the nature of things. We do, however, see constant growth, sincere attention and will to improve and serve. So together with integrity and a joyous attitude any misgivings are easily forgiven.
