What challenge were you trying to address with Zaycev Design?

I needed assistance with web design. I have a client base of over 500 people and receive about 10 orders a day.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed my website. I needed Google Analytics so I could be more accessible to 70% of traffic coming from mobile phones. Thus, I needed to extend the mobile version of my website. The pages needed to load and function at a high level.

They’re a young company and have a team of designers.

How did you come to work with Zaycev Design?

I spoke with their manager and liked his way of communicating. I asked many questions and he answered all of them correctly. He helped me to understand the things I didn’t understand, so I started working with them.

We invested $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May until July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m happy with the work that they did. They’re a young company; I understand them and they understand me. It’s a very good team. If I want to make another website, I will work with them in the future.

How did Zaycev Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Telegram. They speak Ukrainian like me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They make websites more quickly and don’t add any unnecessary webpages. Thanks to their work, information can be submitted on one page and the order can be completed quickly, easily, and comfortably. Customers can now send orders very quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they did a good job.

I am a development manager at the Coffee Service No. 1 company in Odessa. Our company provides services in the coffee market. We serve more than 1000 customers. I am engaged in the development of our company and work with clients.

Our company had a site with old-fashioned design and irrelevant information. Because of this, our company was losing customers in the Internet space. It was decided to create a new modern, relevant site.

Our company has no specialists in this field. Therefore, it was decided to attract specialists, namely the company Zaycev Design.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to make our site attractive and understandable to the user. There were also certain requirements for creating a special calculator for the client. and also we wanted to increase the number of applications received through the site.

How did you select this vendor?

I was looking for a specialist on the Internet. looked at the portfolio and read customer reviews. I have selected 3 teams. Having received a commercial offer from each of them and a preliminary miscalculation of the order, the manager and I considered all the offers and opted for Zaycev Design.

The portfolio and the already created sites of this company made a good impression on us and confirmed their competence in the tasks and questions we posed.

Describe the project in detail.

To create our website, a detailed brief was filled out on the activities of the company, our goals and values. We were offered design options and logos. We quickly decided on these issues, as the Zaycev Design team correctly and correctly selected the options.

A home page has been created with basic information about the company and our services. Several options for communication with our company have been made. We created a calculator of miscalculation services for customers visiting the site.

Additional pages have been created for the selection of services, a list of equipment and products, advertising banners through which you can go to pages and much more.

6 people worked in a team: graphic designer, web designer, project manager, 3 programmers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, we cannot yet share the results, since only in October we finished work on the project. More time is needed to determine progress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with the Zaytsev Design team was enjoyable and productive. Thanks to a special program, I could observe the work on the site online and immediately make comments and suggestions using comments.

All issues were resolved in a short period of time. The work was completed on time. A competent and communicative team of professionals causes only positive emotions from working with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The Zaytsev design team has many professional and positive qualities. I will highlight the main ones in my opinion:

1. They always have a positive, good attitude toward us.
2. understanding of customer needs
3. speed and quality of tasks and edits I’m sure when the need arises to develop a new project, I will definitely turn to the Zaytsev design team

Are there any areas for improvement? There is no limit to perfection. But I believe that the team worked at the highest professional level.

As a result of this collaboration with Zaycev Design, we wanted to get a recognizable logo for a medical company in modern and trend styles and colors. I wanted to focus on the backlog of letters D in the company's name (MEDDIV).

Designers reacted with maximum responsibility and zeal, and soon we got what we wanted. All our wishes were taken into account and several logo options were proposed from which we chose one.

Based on the chosen logo, the company created a full-fledged brand book in the necessary style and color scheme (business cards, branded cups, bags, pens, etc.)

Before choosing one of the companies, I reviewed several companies and designers and make chose the Zaycev Design company portfolio. I liked the logos that the Zaycev Design company made.

I also want to note the professionalism in preparing for the assignment. Employees of Zaycev Design carefully approach the collection of preliminary information from the client. The completeness of the collected information was accompanied by a quick and high-quality receipt of the result

Our company is only half a year old, but it is already beginning to be recognized on the medical device market, and this is also due to the well-thought out style of the company (logo, business cards, brochures)

Employees of the company Zaycev Design professionals in design. Customer focus is their credo. I will recommend them to all my friends. Working with this company brings only pleasure, and I think we will collaborate with them again in the future.
