I’m the owner of a flower delivery company and an online store for gift boxes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zaycev Design?
I needed assistance with web design. I have a client base of over 500 people and receive about 10 orders a day.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They designed my website. I needed Google Analytics so I could be more accessible to 70% of traffic coming from mobile phones. Thus, I needed to extend the mobile version of my website. The pages needed to load and function at a high level.
What is the team composition?
They’re a young company and have a team of designers.
How did you come to work with Zaycev Design?
I spoke with their manager and liked his way of communicating. I asked many questions and he answered all of them correctly. He helped me to understand the things I didn’t understand, so I started working with them.

We started working together in May until July 2019.

Designers reacted with maximum responsibility and zeal, and soon we got what we wanted. All our wishes were taken into account and several logo options were proposed from which we chose one.
Based on the chosen logo, the company created a full-fledged brand book in the necessary style and color scheme (business cards, branded cups, bags, pens, etc.)

Before choosing one of the companies, I reviewed several companies and designers and make chose the Zaycev Design company portfolio. I liked the logos that the Zaycev Design company made.
I also want to note the professionalism in preparing for the assignment. Employees of Zaycev Design carefully approach the collection of preliminary information from the client. The completeness of the collected information was accompanied by a quick and high-quality receipt of the result

I was looking for a specialist on the Internet. looked at the portfolio and read customer reviews. I have selected 3 teams. Having received a commercial offer from each of them and a preliminary miscalculation of the order, the manager and I considered all the offers and opted for Zaycev Design.
The portfolio and the already created sites of this company made a good impression on us and confirmed their competence in the tasks and questions we posed.

To create our website, a detailed brief was filled out on the activities of the company, our goals and values. We were offered design options and logos. We quickly decided on these issues, as the Zaycev Design team correctly and correctly selected the options.
A home page has been created with basic information about the company and our services. Several options for communication with our company have been made. We created a calculator of miscalculation services for customers visiting the site.
Additional pages have been created for the selection of services, a list of equipment and products, advertising banners through which you can go to pages and much more.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Unfortunately, we cannot yet share the results, since only in October we finished work on the project. More time is needed to determine progress.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Working with the Zaytsev Design team was enjoyable and productive. Thanks to a special program, I could observe the work on the site online and immediately make comments and suggestions using comments.
All issues were resolved in a short period of time. The work was completed on time. A competent and communicative team of professionals causes only positive emotions from working with them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The Zaytsev design team has many professional and positive qualities. I will highlight the main ones in my opinion:
