• Data centralization: Consolidate data from Triad Solutions customers' systems into a Data Lake in Azure.
• Solution Validation: Conduct a pilot project with a selected customer to validate data centralization and analysis before a full-scale implementation.
• Risk reduction: Identify and mitigate potential problems in a controlled phase, ensuring a robust solution for future implementations.

Data Fabric environment gradually configured with data extraction pipeline and successful executions.

The start was slow, exceeding initial expectations by 1 month. I believe that the beginning of the project did not receive the necessary attention to gain speed and reduce the final delivery deadline. It would serve us better if the professional stayed focused for a shorter period of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of our needs and delivery of what we needed stood out, even if this meant being flexible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something dotkon - cloud & software services could have done differently?

It may just be printing, but it seems to me that the professional allocated to the project was outsourced and had little time each week to dedicate to the progress of the project.
It would have been nice if there had been constant action, accelerating the project.

After analyzing the company's product operation architecture, we received guidance on which Azure Cloud products would be the most suitable for use. After analyzing the software development process in use by the company, we received guidance on changes that aim to increase the team's quality and efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The changes will be implemented in 2024, but due to the extensive detailing of tools and processes, we are certain that their guidance will contribute to increasing the quality and efficiency of our company's production team.

The work met all expectations. In the scope of Azure Cloud, we received detailed guidance on how Microsoft's cloud architecture works and which products would be most suitable for the company's operation. The guidance saved us on migrating to Azure Cloud. 
Within the scope of Azure DevOps, we mapped the company's software development process and identified several significant improvements. We were confident that once the suggested improvements were implemented we would have an increase in efficiency as dotKon demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
