The project involved a complete website rebuild and rebrand for The Clean Queens, with the goal of creating a more polished, professional, and user-friendly online presence while improving our internal client management processes. 
The key deliverables included:

• Website Redesign & Rebranding: A complete overhaul of our existing website, including updated colour schemes, typography, layouts, and overall visual aesthetics to better reflect our brand identity.

• Client Forms & User Experience: A comprehensive redesign of our client inquiry, quote request, and submission forms to streamline the process and make it easier for prospective clients to access our services.

• Client Communication & Automation: Implementation of an improved system for managing client inquiries, automated email responses, follow-ups, booking confirmations, and ongoing communication.

• Website Functionality & Navigation: Improvements to the website’s overall structure, service presentation, and navigation to create a more seamless experience for visitors. 

The overall objective was to establish a cohesive, professional digital presence while introducing more efficient systems that would support our business operations, strengthen client relationships, and accommodate future growth.

These improvements have helped reduce manual administrative tasks, improve communication efficiency, and create a smoother, more convenient experience for both our clients and our team. While we are still evaluating long-term traffic and conversion metrics, the project has successfully achieved its primary operational goals.

I genuinely don’t have any significant areas for improvement to highlight. Dopamine Designs was professional, accommodating, and receptive to my ideas and feedback throughout the entire process. With a project as extensive as a complete website rebuild and rebrand, adjustments and revisions are expected, but everything was handled efficiently and collaboratively. My expectations were met, and I am extremely happy with the final result.
