Door 3 set up and configured their Sales Machine based on our market development strategy, set up all our communication channels, including social media, created and posted content regularly in all those channels, created highly targeted prospect databases leveraging AI and designed and execute direct messaging campaings to generate high quality leads.

We were asigend a client success person who did everything in his capacity to make sure things worked out well. We also had direct interaction with the teams in charge of content creation and direct messaging campaigns. They set up their Sales Machine for our company quickly and seamlessly. They've responden to all our questionsin a timely manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Allowed us to build our system with a solid foundation of UX and UI in place. This created a level of efficiency and confidence in the design of our platform we would have struggled to execute on without the Door3 team.

Door3 executed against agreed upon timelines throughout the project. Communication was slightly disorganized at the outset of the project, but was quickly reconciled by consistent professional communication and integration with our team.

It was a multi-million-pound project that took place over 5 years and transformed all aspects of the business. Our aim was to retain our unique and historical reputation while moving towards more modern ways of interaction that was being demanded by customers. The overall program delivered online marketing and customer interaction tools as well as enterprise HCM, CRM, auction management, finance, treasury, and ERP solutions. All of these were rolled out globally.

What was the team composition?

The team had 40 to 50 team members in total, which included 5 from Door3. The team included consultants from one of the big 4 consultancies, a couple of system integrators and solution vendor staff, in addition to as my company's staff.
