Overall, there is very little I would change. The DoodleWeb team was professional, responsive, and committed throughout the project. The only positive critique would be to continue expanding the level of post-launch reporting and performance insights they provide after a project goes live. Their work delivered strong results, and more structured follow-up reporting would help highlight those wins even more clearly for the client. That said, the engagement was smooth, the communication was strong, and the team delivered exactly what was needed. They were a great partner from start to finish.

I’m the director of marketing for OrderMesh Inc. We provide an open-architecture platform that connects commerce channels, production partners, and business systems. Our platform enables businesses to automate, scale, and unify their print-on-demand operations with shared data and visibility.

What challenge were you trying to address with Doodle Web?

We needed help securing our website and unblocking organic search traffic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Doodle Web worked on securing our website by addressing all the vulnerabilities of our WordPress site without jeopardizing traffic or security. They also helped allow bots and other important elements for SEO, AEO, and GEO.

In terms of specific deliverables, Doodle Web implemented the missing security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and Content-Security-Policy). The team also updated all plug-ins to current stable releases, removed deactivated and unused plug-ins to shrink the attack surface, and flagged duplicate image-optimization plug-ins for consolidation.

Moreover, Doodle Web hid the WordPress version number from public view, tightened the Wordfence firewall and security settings, ran a full malware and vulnerability scan, and fixed the flagged issues. The team also scheduled an automated daily security scan and moved the WordPress login to a private path. Finally, Doodle Web put login-attempt limiting in place to cut brute-force attempts.

We've seen ease of access and use and clarity in message and visuals. Our site has improved in visits, AEO/GEO, and SEO rankings every month since Doodle Web has revised and overseen improvement. We've seen consistent 5%–10% rankings improvement every month. We expect more results with the addition of an innovative SiteSOnar adapter.
