Doctor Multimedia built a semi-custom site. Our company now fully owns it. They also provided SEO services to establish higher ranking and attract more web traffic.

The team included dedicated resources for sales, web design, and IT. I’m not sure how many people it included, though.

The lead designer from Doctor Multimedia was very helpful. I was always kept up to date on their progress. They notified me anytime they needed my input.

Doctor Multimedia assigned us a lead designer and personal manager for our project. The workflow between our teams was very effective. I dealt directly with her, and she handled all of our needs.

I appreciated how fast Doctor Multimedia got back to me with responses.

We will see.  Our site just went live last week.

We mostly communicated over email. I found this style a little frustrating, but having everything in writing meant there was always a record.

Doctor Multimedia is a very friendly and responsive team of hard workers.

I prefer talking to people directly, rather than over email.

Doctor Multimedia manages our Facebook account with posting that highlight the clinic’s offerings in the Maui market. The team creates and posts content based on conversations with our leadership. While they have creative control, we will pull anything down that doesn’t fit our market.

Following that, they set up social media accounts for our practice, showed us how to obtain reviews from patients, and improved our web search results. During development, their project management was impressive. They were responsive to our needs, quick to reply, and completed everything in a timely manner. We mainly communicated over the phone or through email.

Their team is very responsive. If there is ever a need, I can call or text them to have anything taken care of immediately.

No, there’s not much room to improve. They already handle everything professionally and are timely with their work.

I’m impressed with the level of attention that my point of contact gives me. Speaking to him over the phone helps me avoid confusion that could arise over email. At times, I almost felt like he is reading my mind.

They conducted several rounds of designs, reviews, and edits. At the redesign launch, their team walked us through the navigation and information layout so that we could educate our clients in turn. Doctor Multimedia provided support staff so that we could ask questions or suggest ways to change elements as desired.

Doctor Multimedia led a simple, steady workflow. Their team was always available for questions, and every person we spoke to was up-to-date on our project status and details. I never had to repeat myself to each person. They also were open to feedback and change requests.

We started working together in October 2017, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working with Doctor Multimedia, our web traffic has remained the same. We’re still happy with our collaboration; the team has reduced our involvement in keeping the site up-to-date.

Doctor Multimedia is highly responsive to any changes we want to make on the site or Facebook. We can always reach someone there no matter what. We initially kept in touch over the phone during the set-up process; we now correspond over email.

The team demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist us. We’re thrilled with their customer service.

At first, I was worried about the continuity of service when I spoke to new team members about existing problems. However, Doctor Multimedia keeps a record of all steps with each client and makes it easy for internal resources to access each account.

We set out to improve our websites’ ease of use and customization.

We’re part of a veterinary management group, and another hospital in our group had used Doctor Multimedia before.

Doctor Multimedia responded quickly after we reached out and set up our accounts at a great price. We discussed what design we wanted for the new sites and requested they be similar, to create consistency between our brands. They also implemented several aspects of the old sites that we still liked. The new sites feature updated photos, modified pages, and more accurate information.

What was the team composition?

A project manager assisted us through the entire process. They were incredibly responsive and took care of everything within hours of our requests.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The sites were up in two weeks and looked fantastic. It hasn’t been long enough to judge their effect on web traffic, however.

We worked together smoothly. They were responsive and open to our changes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our previous vendor would launch changes without giving us time to approve them, but Doctor Multimedia never published anything without our say-so. Their diverse offerings and ability to customize web skins were exactly what we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not that I saw. I’ve worked on two other website updates with other companies and this was the smoothest transition I’ve seen. They even took care of canceling our previous hosting.
